Forgot about that one. It's pretty neat, but not as sweet as his cobra. Not a fan of the shark? I think it's the best one.
Yeah, I know. I just don't care for the style on those. The two dragons, the Granthan, and the second cobra were sculpted straight from Matt Doughty's sketches and were approved by him before being released.

I like the gator head... I don't even particularly care for the wolf.
If they do a full production of the gator version in PVC , I may pick one then.

Ha ha! They're not made of candle wax. I've had resin pieces now for over 10 years and they are just as good as they were day 1. Never even had to keep them in the freezer. Ha!I don't know how well the resin pieces will hold up over time. Fine, I guess, if you're displaying them in air conditioning.

But you know there will be people that have 3 red ones that will miss out on these and be willing to trade. Generally, this is how Glyos collecting works a lot of the time.
Yeah that's what I'm hoping, I'll try to get my 3 blacks and 3 clears and offer them for trade. At least that's the plan.

Then we are two to hope the same thing ;-) That would be great if could get a red one by this way. Anyway, first thing is to be able to grab the green and the clear ones =)

Why is it so crazy to imagine that someone would, in essence, sell an $8 production toy for $40? Are Armorvors that popular or is that particular DST Gator that unpopular?hahaha was worth a shot.. i paid 40 for the red lil bastard
I'm new to the Glyos world but is all their "drop date" stuff a hassle to get and then expensive to get later if you miss it?
Hmmm.. the excitement of stepping into an unknown toyline.

It's not that, getting their sculpts is easy enough because they readily sell them every month, you don't have to worry abut them selling out on that, its just getting their 1st edition color that is a one-time opportunity that ay or may not come again, if they decide to reissue the same colors, but from what I know they really don't redo a previous color scheme.

They do sometimes with MKII (or MKII or more) version of popular color scheme. But you can never know if/when a particular color scheme will come back if it does.
Generally its the very vanilla colors that many many people would like to own or color that appeal to builders or both.
Colorless Clear, Black, GID and Metallic Silver have been released more than once.
Generally there will be very minor differences.
