Does anyone have the Kings Gold codes?

Bought a couple packs of Kings Gold at Walmart yesterday. Sadly, they appear to be from a wave 1 case. No luck finding gold either.

I wonder if we'll ever see wave 2 cases in Canada, it's the first time i see any kings in store. Maybe i just missed their first release before Christmas. We still don't have Fire & Ice character figures, only the mounts. No Aliens series 2 either except for the Ultimate Dissection and the Ooze Eggs. Can anyone confirm that wave 2 codes for Kings Gold start with 43?
