In principle, there is no specific information. This sculpture is made one of the Russian collectors. So to say a kind of tribute

This is the back of Spase War blistercard. For now I have it in better quality. Here it is in first two links   
This blister contains four russian cyberbeasts made by Technolog company in 1990 (maybe few years later). 9 of this characters  are original LB and greek copies (director of company said their prototype was Tepato maxoi), and others are original russian concepts.
This is the first line of russian beasts  and they made of hard plastic, polyethylene.
Main antagonists of russian cyberbeasts was cyberskeletons, copied from Space Crusade board game. After them Technolog created many necrocyborgs & mutants. Russian cyberbeasts was good guys. Technolog's toyline had no backstory, and more of toys had no names. Who are they - it depends on children's fantasy only.

 

Here few another blister cards i have. I deleted scratches in photoshop and now they like new. All figures of this blisters was part of russian BB universe.
