Oh, I see now. I had no idea that he actually had another purple claw, haahahh. When I put that, I put it in context that, as an assumption, only a person with doubles would destroy a rare figure. Like I said though, I didnt know that he did. But, you had no way of knowing, so I completely understand now.

I didnt intend for my remarks to be taken as such. I was merely making a joke about chopping up a rare and highly valued figure and used the idea of "Oh I dont care, I have another" as a reason for being nonchelont about it. Little did I know that he actually did have another one, hahahah! CLASSIC.

Man, I should play the lottery.

So then, how many purple claws are there? Perhaps you should do a list for like, not super rares, but just like, really rares, like the one you did for the SR thread. Put purple claw on there and like... red #1...85? I dont know, I have no idea about what is rare and what isnt aside from what you guys talk about. You know what I mean though, do another thread like you did with the SRs, but do it for figures where only like, 3-6 exsist.

Does that make sense?

unless someone is cutting up a #99, i cringe whenever they talk about cutting up muscles. thats just less for future collectors to have.

I won't even cut up a 99, but I have a 30 who's probably gonna be painted--just for fun, and it's a pretty common figure anyway.

And NB/M2K, congrats to you on the win! It looks like you got a pretty nice assortment even wihtout the purple Claw...and I'd sure like to know how the "black" 54 turned black!

I don't believe he does have another purple claw. Bellatrix won the last one, and I think that whole 'sealed 4 pack deal' was BS. I don't think that it was sold to anyone, but I could be wrong.

No, the pack changed hands. What was more than likely B.S. was Alex saying he had an offer at $500+ in order to push the pack to what was paid for it. I mean, it is always possible that someone made him an offer over the $250 that was offered previously, but if it happened, it happened outside the board.
But the pack did sell and for $600+
