I just want to remind everyone, the auction will end TONIGHT at around 9PM (EST).Ok, the auction is now scheduled to end Wednesday, November 12th at ~9PM.
Any last minute bids will extend the end another 24 hours.

I think you're going to need to identify "last minute." A half-hour before the end made sense to extend the deadline. Six hours before, not so much IMO.

I guess I wasn't 100% clear. The main idea is to provide everyone a fair chance to bid.Because this isn't eBay it was suggested that I have an elastic ending time. This will help prevent sniping and give everyone a fair chance.
With eBay you can have an automatic bid, with a message board that is not possible. Plus we were dealing with different time zones and all that fun stuff. So my thought was that 24 hours gave anyone interested in placing a bid plenty of time to do so.
I know these elastic ending times can be a bit of a pain, but I wanted to be as open and fair to everyone as possible. I hope you, and everyone else, understands why I have it set-up like that.

We're only dealing with two time zones, and the two people still bidding are in the same time zone. I think I can safely say that we won't be seeing a third party jump in this late in the game.
And I'm not totally sure that this automatic extension by 24 hours is benefiting anyone. It's more like pulling teeth... and not stopping, just prolonging the agony with no end in sight.

Just to clarify, it is dark purple (there are a ton of light purple game board figures). And I would guess 5 or so.How many members on here actually have a #154 in purple? just curious.
