alls i'm sayin is we can bee-eye-itch about him taking every sr that comes up, that's bs but he really didn't rip anyone off here so warning the seller ain't gonna do anything, he's still gonna take the $200 as would anyone. and realistically, it would take an act of god for a board member to get him banned from ebay and if that day ever came, he would get another account, so it doesn't matter. he ain't goin anywhere, his obsession ain't changin and unless someone went to arizona and robbed him, those f'n srs will be buried with him. i just don't really see any point in getting more worked up about it other than bee-eye-itching on a thread, ya know?
Personally, I think it's great that Alex loves Muscle collecting so much, despite his questionable behavior, he has greatly contributed to the history of the board and the Muscle hobby in the past, and despite his absence still does on occasion. I think it would be wrong to attempt to take something away from someone when they truly enjoy it. But like many have mentioned, he has needlessly let his personal vendetta toward members of this board affect the hobby in a very serious manner. If he is bidding on SR's and spending all he wants on them because he just wants them, fine. But to bid up auctions so others can't buy them is a tad unfair as well as greatly selfish. Wrong? Probably not so much, but selfish none the less. There are many Muscle collectors who are not associated with this community who also lose out because of this. Whether or not he is actually doing this is of debate, and probably a completely unnecessary one. If someone can offer more money for something you want than you can, what are you gonna do? Alex controls the market on SR figures right now, and as long as he is determined to buy all or most that pop up, he will always control it. Problem is, the more he does this the less valuable they become. Who's gonna bid on something if they know they won't win it? I would not be surprised in the least that within a few years time, if a SR figure pops up on eBay, where everyone can see it, that almost nobody will bid on it. Cause you know who is gonna win it anyway.
I guess what I'm saying, is it's fine to hate or dislike someone, or a group of people if you want to. But It's a little over kill to intentionally cripple a hobby just cause you got the means to do so. His actions are actually affecting a world wide hobby!

Why would you want to do that cause you don't like a handful of individuals? That's like saying you hate the Jewish guy down the road so you are gonna infiltrate your government and instill racist ideals into the people, then encourage separation, and finally attempt to eliminate all Jewish people... Is that example a little overkill??

Saying Alex is the Hitler of the Muscle community?
Shucks, it's a good thing colored figures are too common, or he would probably try to buy all those and mark em up too. Now look... I ended up typing a big post about this, and I didn't even want too.

I'm glad I collect other things.
