They are known for trying to sell things for over the top prices. Also, might be wrong but has been mentioned a few times and not in a good way. People have said they are a tad greedy and its seen in that deal there that you were in. Italy does have over the top postage it seems, I bought some stuff from there and they insisted on registered/tracking etc etc, came to about 35 euros and the figures I'd bought were only about 39 themselves so it made it crap.
