Tash likes a Robin Mask fight...never thought I'd see that day.

Robin Mask suffering is always entertaining.

Chapter 225: 17 pages of Robin Mask getting beat up. Hilarity ensures.

Funny, he suffered vs. Junkman and you hated that.

It's probably just because I've been working so slowly lately that I remember why I like the series in the first place.

Chapter 226: Terryman's leg was last mentioned during his fight against The Mountain, and again this chapter. I don't know why everyone thinks it was forgotten.
http://www.megalopuad.coc/?d=Q17KGV9O

Chapter 227: The only explanation is that they're trying to make all of the good guys look bad so that the bad guys look better by comparison.
http://www.megalopuad.coc/?d=E7HPXJ1M

Also, Knuxie has been forgetting to tell Manga-updates when new chapters get released, so nobody knows these are coming out...

Funny, I think they sort of want the pity vote and remind us of his injuries...even if it means nothing since his leg isn't really too important. (like his arms was the first time he fought Ashuraman)

Chp. 234: Sadly my Monty Python bit about lumberjacks was used before...but I'm so disturbed by how much the generic Choujin look like Solid Gold dancers that I just want to forget this idea ever happened: http://mangahelpers..../releases/13175
Chp. 235: Kamehame's senility reveals itself...or was it just Terry's stupidity: http://mangahelpers..../releases/13176

Another question from me:

When doing my translations, for particularly the characters that become part of a tag team, like Neptuneman, Geronimo, Mongolman, there's one word that usually comes in context with their tag team move, like the Cross Bomber. I cannot for the life of me tell what it is, and I was wandering if it may have popped up in the manga, at this point.

It sounds something like "sukuraton", but I can't find anything that resembles it at all. It's usually "blah, blah, blah, sukuraton wa [insert move name here]".

Former resident song translator, and as a result, probably the distant, insignificant relative of the translation family on this board.

Update (7/1/2012 [7th Jan]) - Years away can calm a mind down quite well. I don't think of myself as some maligned martyr of the site. Rather it's just that I was unfortunately caught by the mudslinging of a rather unpleasant (and unprofessional) translator, who didn't like people taking the spotlight away from him, particularly if they happened to actually be able to properly translate work, as opposed to him. Nevertheless, despite the fact that all my work was my own, I got constantly accused of plagiarism, thanks to this unpleasant individual constantly saying how I stole his work. (When rather, it was going to end up being the other way round.)

I'm a lot more forgiving about the whole ideal, with how I ended up getting treated on this forum, as a result of this incident, but at the same time, I am still not in any mind to come back and join in again, nor will I uplaod any more of my translation work on here. This includes any of my old work, or my newer and much more accurate work. Some may see this as being petty, spiteful or based off an old grudge, and you may be right. However, I thought I'd explain things a little.

"Tsu-Puraton" = "Two Platoon"

That's what Japanese people call "Tag Team Attacks" for some reason.

Chapter 288: Funny story about this one. I started it yesterday morning and had Cartoon Network on in the background because it was too quiet. I looked up at the screen for a moment, and there was an episode of Bakugan (I think that's the name of it) with a red Ashuraman lookalike. I chuckled.

Although I say I don't like Terryman, he's a surprisingly dynamic character. I always go into his fights going "oh no, Terryman", but end up liking the guy.

Let me get this straight...

We've got someone translating by ear?Kawaii Kenni, are you LISTENING to the songs to translate them?

...could we possibly get EPISODES translated by TeamKinniku? Subtitled and exact?

I've got a tingling feeling in my stomache.

Our glorious Milky Way is a tiny, infinitesimal speck of sand in this vast, incomprehensible universe. And somewhere in that Milky Way is our own solar system, less than one billionth of that speck of sand that is the Milky Way. And then there is our planet Earth, one hundred trillionth of that one billionth of that one speck of sand. And on this planet Earth there is DEV-0, an insignificant blemish with a lifespan too short to measure when placed in infinite time.

And you are here, with them, as so many specks of sand.

I'm listening to the spoken parts of the song, to translate them, at least. I use the lyric sheets mostly, but I have been able to play a fair bit by ear, for the spoken parts.

And thanks for that, SteCase-san. "Two Platoon" indeed. No wonder it was driving me crazy. I think I'll just stick with "Tag Team" move, for that though. Two Platoon sounds awful. @.@ To my discredit though, I really should have gotten the "Two" bit. That was kinda starter for ten, when it was all about tag team moves...

Well, he fought Springman. Then he died so Suguru could live in the Golden Mask Arc.

He's still pretty much useless.

He fought Springman and LOST. Stupidly. Sure, Robin lost to Atlantis, but at least he'd contributed a decent amount to the series before he lost, and his loss wasn't quite as dumb as Wolfman's completely overlooking Springman's strategy.

The fact that Jessie Malvia helped take down evil gods shows how much pansies they were.

But...but...it's still Jessie Malvia! (sorry, somehow based on "shounen law of increased threat", Wolfman, of whom we were criticizing, should at least be stronger than Malvia seeing how he appeared later...and it's not like he increased like the main Justice Choujin, even if Big Mountain is still somewhat a threat, though based on relativity of the 48 Killer Techniques, Fuu-Rin-Ka-Zan, which defeated Malvia, would probably be equal in power to Kinniku Buster, which is known as another of the 48)
