If it isn't too late to cast my vote, I vote for Stecasse King vs Turboman. The merciful god certainly does sound like Strong the Budo in terms of ideals. That only leaves his relationship with 'The Great One' to be known.

On some related news (I just noticed through ShuPlay's FB page):

-The new covers for manga volumes 1-36 are to be released on July 1st.
-Volume 43 is also to be released in the same date.
-Also, they're going to make some photo-mosaic. You can send your photo as well via Facebook, Twitter or upload it straight from your PC.

Sadly I can't go on specific details because I don't know much Japanese, sorry.

Goldman was a God, but I don't think he is one of those gods mentioned in this chapter. Kinnikuman has so many different gods its hard to keep track.

Thanks for the translation F.I.A. it's great to have your help understanding the plot, we'd be doomed without you!

 

I think Strong the Budo is that powerless God as you can tell he has the hability to take choujin power and if I'm not mistaken the same laughter. Making it impossible for him to be Big the Budo / King Neptune unless there's an other plot development.

 

Then, I think there's 3 options about what happened to The Old One and the Kinniku predecessor:

· They were saved by the powerless Merciful God.

· They saved by their own from the capillar rays.

· There was no capillar rays at the end of those 7 days.

 

I'm eager to know what on earth is Nemesis part in all this.

Since this new storyline is basically "setting the records straight" throughout, i very much expect Neptune King to show up eventually, either alive again in the present, or in a flashback. For all we know, Neptune King was impersonating Strong the Budo to gain power and influence, and survived the ray that killed everyone else by slumbering beneath his river.

I'm staring to like Nemesis. He's flashy, stylish and reminds me of the first Great Kinnikuman (yup:Kamehame-sensei). I can't wait to see Robin's final speech translated! This is is getting great!

Being the moves guy as I am. I think Mantaro already perfected the Kinniku Buster with the Inverted version and the Muscle Gravity. However, If we're taking a move that's labeled "Perfect Muscle" then it's gotta be the Muscle Spark.

Nemesis got impaled in the mid-section by Robin and he was completely unaffected, the bullet would probably just bounce off of him for some reason. Remember when Terryman died from being impaled by a Sword and when the spikes on Neptuneman's jacket killed people?

I very much expect Wolfman to show up later as reinforcements when the Devil Knight's and the Great One show up. Would be nice if Ataru and Pentagon also showed up along with Wolfman.

"But it looks a little different!" - Kinnikuman

 

"Kinnikuman, don't drop this with your flawed and weak technique! This Nemesis Driver can't be easily broken! This driver needs a body with astounding flexibility! Something lowly supermen cannot hope to achieve! It's impossible to be broken, even for a lowly superman like Robin Mask!" - Nemesis

 

Robin Mask attempted to hold onto Nemesis' feet, but to no avail.

 

"Accept this technique of the chosen!" - Nemesis

 

And Nemesis landed him head first down the canvas.

 

"Th-that metallic sound!?" - Kinnikuman

 

"Was it from Robin's mask!?" - Terryman

 

Upon delivering the technique, Nemesis leaped himself up.

 

"The chosen, you said? H-How many times do I have to tell you this? The only difference between us is our ideal..." - Robin Mask

 

Robin Mask's body started to glow.

 

"(Th-this power...)" - Nemesis

 

"They might be 'coakroaches' for you people, but for me, they are the most magnificent allies. And to show you their brilliance, I cannot allow myself to be defeated here!" - Robin Mask

 

Robin Mask stood back on his feet.

 

"Hmph, this is the first time I've seen a superman who can still stand up after receiving my Nemesis Driver. As expected from Robin Mask, who's the cream of the crop amongst the lowly supermen. However, this is nothing more than a bluff!" - Nemesis

 

Saying that, Nemesis performed another Judgment Lock.

 

"I can know it. I can see through it. Your power have depleted compared moments ago!" - Nemesis

 

Hitting Robin Mask with both hands, Nemesis landed him with a back suplex. Yet, Robin Mask still struggled to rise.

 

"And now aren't you exhausted to the point of not being able to guard yourself? Do you think you can fight a Perfect Choujin in such condition!?" - Nemesis

 

Nemesis landed two kicks on left and right of Robin Mask's head, and proceeded to throw him. But Robin Mask got away from the hold and threw Nemesis instead, with the commentary noted that Nemesis failed to secure his fall.

 

"Kuku... One with a strong neck like me has no need to secure my fall." - Nemesis

 

Robin Mask stood his ground, breathing heavily.

 

"Even fully wound, you don't show any sign of sinking. So this is Robin Mask - the unsinkable battleship of steel! However, no matter how strong a ship is, it will sink if it receives continuous attacks. And the battleship like you will be sunk today by this Perfect Choujin!" - Nemesis

 

Jumping off a rope, Nemesis headed for Robin Mask with a somersault.

 

"Who will be this easily sunk? Anoaro Staff! Unicorn Fire Head!" - Robin Mask

 

Saying that, Robin Mask equipped the staff and pierced the incoming Nemesis from behind.

 

"And what about that?" - Nemesis

 

With a single hand, Nemesis pulled out the staff from his back.

 

"I will not sink! For myself, I cannot afford to sink in front of you!" - Robin Mask

 

"(This man! Such a strong spirit!) This unsinkable battleship will be sunk!" - Nemesis

 

Grabbing hold Robin Mask from behind, Nemesis landed him down the canvas.

 

"Battleship Sink!" - Nemesis

 

"Robin, a prideful one like you have your prided favorite technique reversed and sent to the ground. Whatever you does, it only ends with me countering it. It's only pointless to continue on. At this rate, you'll just show to the world how powerless are the lowly supermen, you know?" - Nemesis

 

"Me, prideful? I have long discard that narrow-minded pride... since I have been defeated the first time 10 year ago by that man spectating over there!" - Robin Mask

 

"Hahaha! If you have discarded that pride, what remains inside you now? Enough with the bluffing!" - Nemesis

 

"No, that day, my pride was fully destroyed. But I've exchanged it with a new pride. And it's not my own narrow-minded pride, it's the  pride as one of the Justice Choujins!" - Robin Mask

 

"Robin!" - Kinnikuman

 

"And that's why, after going through that past, I cannot afford to lose to one like you. I have reason in not to sink!" - Robin Mask

 

"(That power... it's burning again!)" - Nemesis

 

The indomitable spirit of the Justice Choujin!!

 

Something tells me that Robin will go down soon, but Nemesis will have a bad aftertaste about it.
