Wow, I know I haven't been here for awhile, but I am so glad that the Kinnikuman Nisei manga is still going on, even though I can't read a lick of Japanese. (will soon try to learn to read it, keyword: try) I been looking at the other topic catching up, and I just wanna say thank you guys for bringing this for everyone to see.

Now, on-topic: Jade's new attack looks like it's gonna go up a massive 100 points in the wow meter.

*points to reactions* Yeah, THAT'S why I was wanted to show everyone SO BAD. My brain just went down the tubes at the leg blade-thingy, and I knew everyone else would freak too. xD

Thing is, bending the leg that way has GOT to hurt at first. But I'm eager to see Jade put it to work. While it does hurt to see the Red Rain possibly retired, I totally agree with everyone else's comments. *holds in fangirl squee*

Unfortunately, my translators giving me zilch on safata in every way possible (sefata, se fata, sefa ta). Though with the tiny kanji, I'm kinda thinking the first symbol is 'shichi', or 'seven'. And 'fa' does come up in German as 'company'. Of course, this doesn't quite make sense. XD;; So it might be the size/quality playing tricks on me.

Also, I think I'mma make this the new 'weekly manga' topic, if there's no opbjections?

After several chapters of Jade's memories getting chopped into hash and recycled into something totally different, and going this far to show us the birth of a new attack, I would hope that it works. That'd kinda be like Mars taunting Mantaro about how the Kinnikubuster is old hat, then the Muscle Millenium failing too...alot of focus for not so much of a reason (never mind the fact that I want Jade to KICK ASS after all this. D<).

Then again, this IS Yudetamago we're talking about. xD; So this is a possibility.

I hope he'll end up with both attacks though

As for the Sefata thingy, I don't know what it's supposed to be (I did learn german for a few years), I expect it to either not being german or poorly turned in japanese.

Well, I'm hoping Jade's version of the Leg Blade isn't an exactly like Brocken's too. Judging by how the effect seems to be just in Jades calf, I think it would just be a small blade, like the one that appeared from the side of his palm. I do miss the Akai Ame, but I'll reserve judgement until after I see Jade put it to use.

Actually, slitting someones throat would be pretty tame compared to the damage from the Akai Ame (in the Manga). Poor Gaz was split from naval to nose... D: As much as I wish the anime was continuing (I would've loved to see all this animated), they might've pulled the same 'blood cut off from arm' act on Brocken Jr. as they did on Jade. Not to mention the whole face-collecting thing...If only they could get a 'happy medium' version of UM out.

You know, when you think about it... if Jeager's past was altered by Brocken's missing limb, if they saved Alisa (I haven't read the weekly manga for a while, I dunnow if they have already or not) but with Alisa still alive, do you think Robin may have eased up on Kevin's training and whatnot? It could make Kevin a little less b1tchy. XD

Or any other Legends that have sons/students... if something is altered with the Legends, their sons/students is gonna be singing a different tune compared to how things were before.

Example: If Mari was accidentally killed, Roxanne wouldn't have been taken in by her, therefore Kid probably wouldn't have met Roxanne. OR... if Natsuko was killed, no Terry, or if she was attacked and someone missed their que to save her, and she had a specific damage, Terry would have been born with a defect or worse.

Makes you wonder if Yude was able to mess with Kevin and Jeager, who else would he mess with?

I highly doubt anyone will agree with me, but... This saga is giving me a massive headache.

That's just my personal opinion, nothing more, nothing less.

I third the motion on the saga-migrane. xD There's just SO much going on, it's getting hard to keep track:

- Saving Kevin Mask
- The 2nd gen chojins trying to save time without screwing anything more up (doing better than the first hour in the past, but others are still mucking it up)
- Tring to keep the 1st Gen's in the dark about the 2nd gen's identities (currently on it's way to failure)
- Seiuchin's going psycho and ripping faces off with Neptuneman
- The 2 Time Chojins
- The Completion Bulbs
- Chao's past
- The 2nd Hell's Bear identity (we have guesses for sure)
- Brocken Jr. losing an arm and gaining a new attack (and we assume giving it to Jade)

I think that's everything. Rather complicated compared to Yude's earlier saga's...@_@

Mmm, I'm torn on that matter.

While I'd love for Jade (and Mars. But mostly Jade. xD) to kick Neptuneman's ass and snap Seiuchin out of it (maybe Jade's unstirring faith would nudge something? ^^, I also want Mantaro to do some SERIOUS apologizing to the poor walrus. And in that case, a dramatic piece in the middle of the ring would be s nice touch...

So yeah, another 2nd gen team bites the dust and gets thier faces ripped off, or we lose a possible big moment between Mantaro and Seiuchin. Can't pick. D:

I too am getting a headache with this. But I do enjoy watching Mars Seiuchin and Neptuneman beat each other silly. But too much is going on. I want Neptuneman to go on, but it wouldn't be so bad if Jade redeems himslef with a major can of leg blade butt whoop.

Eh, my only grievance with this arc really is that my two favorite Nisei characters (Barrierfreeman and Ilioukhine) were taken out pretty early on (to save that simpering Mantaro, blech). That and Robin Mask is teamed up with Terry the Kid (one of my favorite Seigi choujins from the original series teamed up with probably my least favorite of the Nisei characters).

Oh, and the Seiuchin stuff would've been cooler if it had been a bit more believable.

As for this arc being convoluted... maybe, but it'll be hard for Yudetamago to top the Survival for the Throne Tournament in that regard.
