For some reason I can't see new updates on Sunday anymore.

They usually show up here with a "NEW" flashing animation above them. But for about a month or two now this has not been happening, the old one just dissapears and no new one is put up in it's place until later. Someone has been linking to the new one on the same site though even while this is happening, and yet they link to the same page. I don't know how to explain this anomoly.

I like how this is going to a "poor lil Nemesis" being outcasted and wanting revenge. Like, he should actually be the hero of this arc.

I'm going to throw a prediction, besides a pokeball to a shifty Aerodactyl, Ataru is going to show up in like 11 chapters when Suguru is going to be pretty much a pulp and going to save the day. Maybe instead of him, it's going to be Phoenix.

"Morally" speaking, more than the Devil Choujin deserved their wins, IMO. Nemesis mostly wants to expose the hypocrisy of the Kinniku family and showcase his "strength born of suffering", whereas the Devils (at least Akuma Shogun) want to turn the planet into a living hell for humanity just for kicks (if the Demon Seed saga is anything to go by).

Going by your description, the Devils would be Chaotic Evil. Neutral Evil would be like killing those who cross you in horrible ways but not actually going out of your way to find people to kill. Chaotic Evil would be going around killing people for fun.

I thought about that, but I interpret "Chaotic Evil" as describing someone who is either downright insane (the Joker) or almost non-sentient (Tolkien's orcs) - more or less incapable of making a moral decision, but still inclined towards destructive behaviour.

 

The Devils know what they are doing (not "insane"), usually gain something from their actions (not "random") and revel in their bloodthirsty nature (not "beastly"), so I would hesitate to call their nature "Chaotic."

 

They seem to espouse the "might makes right" creed to some degree, but do not appear to follow any concrete rules except perhaps "respect Akuma Shogun", so I would label them less "Lawful" than the Perfects. Many of them have also been shown to switch allegiance (Sunshine explicitly stated that his Devil Choujin faction suffered numerous defections), whereas Peek-a-Boo and Neptuneman are the only Perfects I know to have done so.

 

Mammothman I would describe as Chaotic Evil - he is probably the most "animalistically brutal" Choujin in the series. Brainwashed!Seiuchin comes close at times, too.
