Wow, if we compare this Curry Cook with the Curry Cook that faced Kinnikuman on the Chojin Olympics... I guess he hasn't aged very gracefully... And it's a proof Yude have gone much better as artists. In the Tag Team Tournament and Scramble For The Trone arcs, they didn't even draw the audience: there were ghost artists collaborating and it shows.

No, it lands at a different angle. Normally the opponent is on the bottom and the executioner is on the top, but here the opponents back has been positioned differently and their legs have also been spread.

^^^still looks the same to me proteus as the opponent is on the bottom and the executioner aka Suguru is on the top I think its just the angle of the picture that's making it seem different to you

I do see it. Instead of landing on both head and knees, this new Kinniku Spark lands on the back of the head-shoulders-back. The back of Nemesis is vertical there instead of the usual pyramid figure.

Or at least it's the impression of the image, maybe it's all an angle missreading.

The way I see it, Nemesis' back is suffering way more than Super Phoenix's. To sum it up: OUCH!
