Man, if Shogun wins, this will be a real failure for the Perfects. The thing is, the narrative could support either winning - I wonder if The Man is going to use his ability to steal Shogun's power at the last second (remember that?), or something.
I think he all ready was stealing Shogun's power throughout the match, but it didn't quite work the same on him. The Man would glow and suddenly Shogun would get weak and The Man would overpower him. When he first did it on him the spectators remembered back to when he did it to those D List Justice Chojin at the start of the arc. Bare in mind that even The Mountain was able to reverse it.

No idea who is going to get the win, but either way Suguru might have a damaged chojin to win over easily.

Sweet chapter! We really need translations. Thankfully Planetman came back with Volume 49 the other day and we've just had 58 in Japan so we're getting there!!
I really need to go back and re-read vol 44 onwards.

From what I can recollect, Suguru, getting emotional, just stopped Goldman from killing The Man, their common enemy, and for some weird reason, Buffaloman also looks shocked that his boss was about to kill his defeated oponent. I had the hope of another Kinnikuman vs Buffaloman match, this time not as enemies, but to settle a friendly rivalry using a Justice vs Akuma battle as an excuse. However, Buffalo's reaction makes me think this won't be happening. My guess is that Suguru will try to reason with Goldman, warrior to warrior, to find a peaceful outcome to all this, and that at least one chojin per side will support him. If he's successful or not will decide the future of this saga.
Or maybe it's time for a fourth party to take part in the battle?

I'm betting the next match will be the rematch of the century as Kinnikuman takes on Akuma Shogun aka Goldman

I have a strong feeling that Goldman will drop the Akuma chojin and take up the mantle for the Perfects in order to honor The Man, then Buffaloman and Kinnikuman will team up to take on Goldman and Nemesis.

I have always suspected that Akuma Shogun would take control of the Perfects, and that we'd see the killed Perfects come back to follow his commands or defect to the Justice Chojin or just go Neutral. Another thing I've suspected is Shogun may attempt to lead them in an extermination of the other Chojin, which might please Ganman who said they should kill any Chojin who does not swear fealty to the Perfects. Ganman was also the one who first warned them of the supposed crisis that is coming, which may be why he wanted to do an extermination to begin with.
Another thing I've been thinking about is that with the Underworld trashed, the dead could spill out into the world, including dead villains, which could lead to the Brutals finally becoming an organized faction with a goal.(the crisis Nemesis and Ganman mentioned and why Ganman wanted to exterminate everyone). Wouldn't mind seeing Brocken Man returning and actually being really strong, he could even be their leader.

The next chapter (two weeks from now, as we have a skip next week) will be the final chapter of the arc.
So we'll definitely have a brand new arc? Holy crap, this is great!
Kudos to Proteus, who predicted it.

Nice conclusion to a phenomenal revival series!!
Now all we need is an announcement from Toei that a new TV anime will be starting in July to take Tiger Mask W's slot when it ends!!
The return of the original Kinnikuman anime after 25 years would be spectacular. Maybe they will save it for a 35 year anime celebration next year or 40 years of manga in 2019!!
It's got to happen one way or another!!
