Not sure about "reasonable" but have you looked at your local USPS, UPS, or fedex places?

Tubes right now are kind of spendy on any front I think, check U-Line and see what they have for prices.

I just got back from the PO, and it seems USPS Priority tubes are the way to go.
The total cost for one poster is $20+ $8 shipping. If you want more than one, extra shipping is only $1 per poster.
I ordered a pack of 20 tubes and am expecting them next week.

Still waiting on the tubes to arrive; should be tomorrow at the latest based on the tracking. Drop me a PM me if I missed your name or if you'd like to get in on this

I'll be sending you payment tomorrow!

Updated the list! If you've paid for a poster you should have received a PM from me recently with a tracking number. I'm pretty sure I got everyone but let me know if I missed you. The first round of posters goes out tomorrow!
I'm going to leave orders open for LRG members for a while so everyone gets a shot at one at the intro price. Probably going to put one up on eBay soon to see how it does.

Always Looking for Battle Beasts PM if you got extras!!!!

It looks super glossy, I got mine too but I have to keep in storage until I get some new poster frames. I need about 7 and if you get nice ones they add up real quick! (I tried the walmart cheepos but they just don't look great and they constantly fall apart.)
good thing you posted this, i was going to hit them up tonight; I'll try hobby lobby instead

I will add my 2 cents as well, these turned out great. Just stuck it on my kid's playroom and they seem to enjoy it. If we ever get the US version I'll be sure to leave room for it as well.

got mine today unfortunately the box was delivered bent, so yeah ripples of wrinkles from one end of the poster to the other, kind of bitter sweet for me.

ugh seriously? sorry to hear about the shipping damage guys, You'd think with priority packages they would be more careful. Im considering contacting USPS about this.
EDIT:
OK so 3 of the 8 posters I sent out last week had their boxes crushed or bent in some way, which really is unacceptable so I'm filing disputes for each of these. According to this, priority shipping comes with $50 insurance and it covers damages.
If you guys still have the boxes, can you take a photo of their condition?
And please, if anyone else received theirs in this condition and didn't say anything, please send me a PM to let me know so I can file a dispute for yours as well.
I'll follow up with everyone about their specific USPS cases via pm

I've started claims for the three who mentioned this to me and have them saved until I hear back regarding possible photos of the damage. There's a place to upload a damages photo on the submission form, but it's optional. So it's possible they might still process a claim without one, but it certainly couldn't hurt. Photo of the damages/wrinkles on the poster would be good to have as well as images of the box.
I can assure you guys they were flawless when I wrapped them in plastic to ship them out, which makes this even more frustrating to me :/

I received my poster and it was in perfect condition. Thanks again Bachamn!!!
And I am hoping to bring my own US poster up to work and get it scanned so that we can have reproduction prints of these made.

Packaging places that use shrink wrap/pallet wrap usually have tubes laying around. Those cardboard tubes are super heavy duty and put the USPS boxes to shame. You can cap the ends off with other rigid cardboard. Initially I had this same issue selling old beer posters on ebay. I discovered the cardboard tubes and haven't had an issue since. I never wanted to buy them from the store because I know they are expensive. Just a suggestion if it is a viable option to track down a place that would give them to you, especially if you plan on selling many more posters.
