OK, I changed his head so that he looks more lion. While I was at it I changed the background and shading.

Added an eye-patch and some forehead kanji. Still not all that pleased with any of my entries. I think I'll have to do a third character.

Dude! I knew something was missing. I didn't even think about the eyepatch. I think it would look better if the Kanji was on the Eyepatch instead of being covered up by the strap. The eyepatch makes a world of difference though.

Here's my next entry. The twist: using Sunshine as beastformer-styled armor and weapon on another Muscle guy! Essentially taking 2 muscles to make one BB. This sketch was almost a Sunny Snigator instead of Sunny Screwkid, but my drafting skills have been collecting dust over the last few years, and hand-drawing the tread on a half dozen or so metal screws was just what I needed. I took this and the previous pic over to kinkos, because my scanner bed's not big enough, and I wasn't happy with the washed-out flourescents on Gruesome Tyrranoclaw. the files are a bit bigger, but I hope they're worth it.

Reccoom, I love the shoulder screws and the screw hammer the most! That guy would have made an awesome vintage MOTU character! Really cool combo!
