i dont have a problem doing that sort of finishing... I just usually never get that far because i get tired of the pic. Like i said before i usually have to finish it on one sitting or i will never go back to it.

ok here is my second entry which is actually the first one i started, but put it on hold to draw my first entry which i thought was a better idea... at first i was actually going to have him have a glass head with a brain inside it, with wires and all that, but i didnt want to cross over too much into scums drawing with the squirrel so i erased the glass and gave him a head instead...

I finally have my pic done for this contest! so much painting and linework, I was so relieved that I made it all the way without screwing up too much.
The concept is relaunching Beastformers as a children's show, with aquatic creatures having water/ice titan summoning, land-based having wood/earth titan summoning, and aerial creatures having fire/sky titan summoning. For design purposes, I gave each of the 3 classes a distinct pose, and used much lighter tones for the titans and background. I purposly left the weapons uncolored, because the metallic and purple paint pens I will use for them don't translate well to photo or scan.

Recoom.....That's just delicious! I'm eating it up! Love the tones and the simple structure of the characters, you pulled it off without taking anything away from their characteristics! Genius! The Titans are cool too.

That's pretty awesome man, i love that concept.
My favorite parts are the titan coming up out of the mountains (just extremely well drawn and positioned), and the expression on the Shark's face. That is one victorious shark right there.

Wow, Eric, I think I like Steampunk Lion even more than the previous robot lion! Great detailing, it looks fantastic!
And I really like yours too, Reccoom. It's a great concept, and I think the titans rock! Definitely a strong entry! This is going to be a close contest!
