6 inch GI Joe customs:
Sargent Slaughter
wwe elite sgt slaughter with a 1/2 inch leg reduction. repainted to match the cartoon.

Cobra Snake Armor soldier
ironman movie hulkbuster with minor resculpting.

Cobra EEL v3
ML 2 pack johnystorm with sculpted details.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (the movie)
as long as i have been customizing, these are the FIRST custom figures that i made for myself!!!
the ninja turtles have always been near and dear to me. since the comic hit back in the 80's, through the cartoon's and movies in the 90's, and still today. i love the art and stories Eastman and Laird produced on the comic pages. it was the only comic to actually excite me when i saw the new issue on the rack. the original series is my favorite comic series of all time. the original movie is still something i enjoy watching today. in my oppinion, it's probably the best comic/live action movie addaptions (along with michael keaton's batman) pre Spiderman.
i used a beat-up set of the old tmnt movie figures and did a lot of moding and detailing. the first thing i did was to swap their heads to better match their personalities. next i resculpted their mask tails, the main reason was because they were all missing. then i gave them all fresh life-like paint aps, followed by hand stiched leather belts, and MUCH better weaponry. the bo staff and nunchuks i made myself out of wooden rods, string, and stain. the sais were electra's and the swords were from the ML white ninja/electra 2 pack. i hand crafted the domino's pizza box from an actual domino's pizza box, then i used markers to draw the symbol on it. the ooze container was an original turtle toy accessory that i just repainted and the skateboard is a techdeck board.
this is what they looked like before

and after...

the first was for uoozuman, he resculpted this m.u.s.c.l.e. to resemble a vinal figure that one of his friends created. i just provided the paint work. with this the vinal figure was pretty basic in colors, so i didnt want to detail it too much otherwise it would have taken away from an accurate resemblence.

here is a weirdball figure that was also a commission. this is the first weirdball fig that i did. it was pretty fun.
hope you guys like!

here is another commissioned piece. this SC was originally missing one of his lower arms, so i replaced it and jazzed it up a bit by giving him a severed head to hold
his skin color is actually a little more of a teal color. i just snaped a quick pic with my phone so the lighting wasnt very good.
let me know what you think!
Very nice Rick!! I am amazed ever time I see your stuff. Glad others are digging your shit too man!!!
