is it common for muscles to have blue specks on them from being housed in a four pack? is it odd for 2 rare supers to be found with blue paint residual. im a paranoid person.

No. Yes.

But don't be paranoid. All of the non-poster figures had to come from 4- and 10-packs. And while all poster figures from 4-packs DON'T have blue spots - it's not uncommon to see it. Blue spots are like MUSCLE-smell. Sometimes it's there but sometimes it's not. However, blue spots should never be on 28-pack figures.
