Oh, I didn't know that about the three packs.

It was series 2 I believe, Username. I don't think you needed to pick up all the 3pks to complete the set, although I can't remember which one it was now that they're all opened on the shelf :/ Every other series I believe you needed to pick up everything to complete the set. I got word that my Mighty Bite Mac and Piece mail Pete sets are in transit as of this AM. So hopefully soon I'll have em in hand! And hopefully I can land a Halpert to round out the lot of em! One set I don't even mind getting the duplicates from when the time comes, because I love that Grave Lincoln figure SO much

My first goal of this trade tomorrow will be for Series 2. After that, we'll see what other toys you have/willing to get. As usual looking for fair trade. I'm not looking for an upgrade.

Right now I'm tracking:

1. SLTJ
2. MutieJoe
3. Username

Like my OMFG trade, this will be on a receive first basis, then I'll send Friday/Saturday after I receive with a tracking number. If anyone else wants me to look for them tomorrow, contact me.

So far, the trend is that Toys R Us has had the odd numbered, and Target has only had wave two. It holds true at all of the retail outlets here.
You can probably get all of series two, for retail, with no problem.

I didn't even think of Target. Heck, Wally's World didn't have crap. Poor selection of action figures there, at least at mine.

I don't think there is any deal for them at Walmarts. Jakks announced that they would be available at TRU, Target, and Kmarts. So far, those are the only brick and mortar retailers (nationwide) that carry them. I understand why one would avoid EE's mark ups.

What should i be looking to get in trade for my series 1 dupes to make getting series 2 and 3 easier?

I have the series 1 12 pack and all the 3 packs and want to trade JUST the doubles.

Should i be looking for series 2 exclusives or series 3? I just MIGHT go for a set of these and i have no need for doubles

I now have 8 wave 1 zombies up for trade. Just all the dupes no 3 pack exclusives. If anyone wants to trade them towards a wave 2 12 pack or any of the three wave 2 3 packs that are needed to make a set please let me know.

Luke, that's an awesome little case! How much does somethin like that run, generally? I was thinking of building my own display unit myself, but if it doesn't cost out, it might be more worth it to just buy one instead

Everyone I listed is getting just about what he wanted. Everybody should now know what I bought them. I picked up the last series 1 3 and 12 packs. The Toys R Us counter only showed 12 packs on the store search, so I don't know if 3 packs will be sold any more.

S.l.u.g.s aren't selling well here, shelfs still stocked with them, series 2 @ target and I'll check TRU for series 3 again, I'll pick up some for anyone who needs em, just let me know.

Really? They don't hang around at all in these parts, save for the one location I grabbed Vette's sets from today. I don't think anyone knows they're there...far removed from the toys they should be with, out of sight. Anyone else noticing that as a trend, and feel like it could hurt this line going forward? Target seems to be the only place putting them in the right spot. TRU sticks them in all manner of ungodly places, K-mart does the same...you can barely find the damn things. I found my series 3 3pks with the EZ bake ovens, and the series 2 12pks were tucked in with board games. Um...derp? These things should be right in the aisle with the NECA/ horror/ collector figures in every TRU store. They wouldn't last 5 seconds. as it is only one of the 3 local stores here even got them in, and they blew out even though they were shoved out of the way.

Toys R Us sucks at doing most anything right. I wonder why Jakks doesn't question why they are being stock in such odd places. To be honest I don't think it matters, the Targets that have them here are not selling at all and so I think there isn't a big demand for them except with us collectors. It's a shame because I doubt we will ever see the other lines (aliens/monsters).
