I just got home from Korea for sone leave and I have all kinds of cool figs, sucks I'm computer savvy and I'll try my best to put up pics.

WHOOO HOOOOO!!!!!! i am so stoked! finally! after almost 2 years of searching, i have my glow in the dark MiMP ghost! thanks to a heads up from 80schild, and a successful message exchange/auction win by keywolf it is finally here!!!!!!!

keywolf was awesome about the whole deal and even sent some extras with the ghost! even the french card that goes with the ghost! so here are the pics!

wow! so i am totally stoked again! two days and two packages from england! how funny is that?

so i had totally forgotten i had this toy as a child until i saw a pic posted here in an LRG thread. it was a total shock but when i saw it, i just had to have the toy again. after a quick search on ebay i found one in great condition and won it as the only bidder. i forgot that it also rolls! it has 3 wheels on the bottom. so here (again) after many years is the fisher price "alpha star: firestar"...





oooops totally forgot one pic with the pilot in the vehicle!



it still has all the stickers (altho one had to be glued back on from the midwest heat i am sure) and is in pretty good shape for having been made in 1979!

uoozuman! that is exactly what happened to me when i saw this little ship in a toy identification thread! i had totally forgotten about it and when i saw it it was such memory shock that i had to get it again!

strontium dog! that is another awesome fisher price toy! i haven't seen one of those for sale lately tho. i forget what it is called. glad to see i was not the only one that had this toy!

Yup stoney, that's the fella. It also came with one of those rigid white plastic cable attachments like the one in your picture.

Now that I think on, I'm sure I also had an orange moon buggy from this series too, perhaps with a white suited astronaut?

the buggy is the alpha star i believe! very cool i have been looking at search results on ebay from "fisher price adventure people alpha" and finding all sorts of cool stuff.

so it seems that there is the:
alpha firestar (mine)
alpha probe (shuttle set)
alpha pilot (bubble packaged by itself)
alpha recon
alpha interceptor (the one you had)
alpha star playset (buggy one)

now i seriously want to get all of these!

Every time I see those at Flea Markets and Thrift stores I pick them up!
