Yeah basically PayPal locked down the entire 250 and when the delivery confirmation gets here it automatically goes to the buyer from what the eBay people said when I called them. I'm just curious if there's any way to sell on eBay and make sure no returns mean no returns.

It's tough, I suppose all we can do as sellers is to block pinhead buyers who don't know what they are buying, that's the only way the community can cover themselves.

You can't hold people to following directions, looking at the pictures, and doing research. I'm mean, expecting someone to be responsible would be asking too much.

i just got your package.....crushed bubble on one package, and the bubble is seperated on another of the 4packs. i will be contacting ebay tomorrow to discuss this with them. they were NOT in that condition when i sent them out. you should have sent them back to me packed as well as i packed them going to you.

in no way will i lay over on this, i'm calling ebay AGAIN tomorrow lrg'ers to see if i can get this travesty taken care of. i strongly urge nobody to ever deal with this ebayer.

I think it could more or less render the value of all 4-packs moot, should it be revealed that there are a bunch of re-sealed 4-packs out there.
I mean, it's counterfeiting, pure and simple. It will drive down the value of pretty much all of the 4-packs, at least until a reliable tell can be determined.

I'll buy a SC 4 pack at a counterfeit re-sealed price reduction!

ebay/paypal STILL sided with the buyer, gave them a refund, but ebay is stating they may possibly reimburse me for the damaged items that came back to me........to get this done, i had to go now to the police dept and waste their time to fill out a police report on some toys, yes that's right, TOYS!!!!
thanks buyer for making me never sell on ebay again, i would consider selling if there was any possible way to make the no returns policy actually mean no returns.....also buyer, thank you for keeping the freebies i sent you even after you pulled this crap....very classy of you

A second chance? It's not like he screwed you and apologized. Or he made a mistake and wants to make up for it. He IS screwing you. Kept your cool extra toys. Damaged your stuff. Got a full refund.

Second chances are for people with remorse or at least a willingness to admit they did something wrong. He says he didn't do anything wrong so of course he'll do it again and again.
