I think the only way to settle this dispute is to have a Super Top Trumps battle between Veers and Czarcher.

you can chalk this thread to being a nice thought but that's about it.
p.s. posting a picture of someone with his son and calling him a douche is pretty low.

HAHAHA! It's amazing to see how much has changed (Chibi Riya and Chibi Mars [Knuxiechan]) and how much hasn't (Tortle's take on Veers is still spot on).I don't recall how I dug up this thread, but it's eerily similar to one direction the topic at hand has gone in. Sheesh!
Great stuff bro, I almost forgot that whole saga.

I wasn't around for that one. But it was a pretty hilarious read, much like the Alan Mask saga that was also recently brought up...HAHAHA! Two Things:did anyone ever come up with a weight or volume estimate for 1 mill muscles?
1. That "Goodbye" thread cracks me up. I remember laughing out loud when I read it. Human behavior is so interesting. Yesterday I had a guy call up furious about some test results. Long story short, I'm amazed at how often people turn off their common sense when they are upset. Sometimes it's amazing that we've survived as a species. What's even harder to believe is that thread was around 6 years ago.
2. Didn't we have some MUSCLE measurements in a thread? If we had some "average" dimensions for one figure we could figure out the estimated weight and volume of a million MUSCLEs.

The easiest way to get the volume and weight of a million muscles is easy. I have a few cubed curtain bag that curtains were bought in....of course. I have a nearly complete set in them. If I had a complete set in there, I could just measure the bags dimensions, then weight them on my scale and then devide 1 million by it. Then multiply that by the weight.....right? Pretty easy.

I think you might have mistyped here. But you have the general idea.
1) First, you should weigh the bag when it's empty.
2) Then weigh the bag with the 236 MUSCLEs.
3) Take that weight, subtract the bag's weight, then divide by 236. That will give you the average weight per MUSCLE.
4) That value times 1,000,000 will give you the weight of 1,000,000 MUSCLEs (assuming equal numbers of each MUSCLE).
Similar calculations for volume will work, too. But to do it accurately, you'll probably have to measure the volume by water displacement.

I wish my flesh set wasn't individually bagged, this just sounds fun!But to do it accurately, you'll probably have to measure the volume by water displacement.

585 MUSCLEs, weigh 8 lbs
They fit into a box with the inner dimensions of 10.75 x 8.5 x 5.75 inches.
You can use those numbers for your calculations.
I came up with these numbers.
1 Million M.U.S.C.L.E.s would:
- weigh 13,675 lbs
- take up 898130.3419 cubic inches, which converted, is 519.7514 cubic feet.
That is as much weight as 100 small women (137 lbs) or 50 tall and fat men (273 lbs, or me + 30 lbs).
That is much volume as an 8x8x8 storage shed.
So unless my calculations are errant, that is a shizznitload of M.U.S.C.L.E.s !

Just to avoid confusion, 1 million Sunshine Arches would weigh signifcantly more than 1 million Skulldugaryies!
Don't fret, there is no need to worry. If Mattel simplified there numbers by stating they are MILLIONS o U.S.C.L.E. rather than calling them 12.345M.U.S.C.L.E. meaning 12.345 Million of Unusual Small Creatures Lurking Everywhere! there is no reason we should do what they avoided.
P.S. Great work on the numbers!

So Czarcher,how many M.u.s.c.l.e.
have ya got so far for yer 1M quest.
I'm at around 8,000+ ,I haven't been collecting
much M.u.s.c.l.e.s in the past year or so,
got into collecting MIMP for a while now.
My Master M.u.s.c.l.e. set is about 1451+ off hand.
not that it is discounted. We as consumers are conditioned to think"On Sale"means it's cheaper.
