Well I'm glad you're back at it. I enjoy seeing all the pics you post.Don't sweat it, Kevin. Just caught up on YOUR art topic, and I'm most impressed with your dedication. I keep losing momentum, and then have to play catch-up. when I first started this topic, I set a 2 pic a week deadline, cause I knew it would trail off if I didn't. Looks like you have no such problem.

it was only after reading these last few posts that i realized how great it would be to get a "blank" copy of your book and then use it as a coloring book. seems like half the fun in these different drawings is deciding what colors to use.
I decree that Muscle Man will have a plaid chest and polka dot legs....
Cool stuff, do keep it coming.....

This is the 15 dollar pencil sketch that I mentioned earlier. Still uncolored, so lets see some custom coloring (plaid and polka dots, Dr dew?)! By all means, post 'em here, and I'll color the original in the style of the one I like the best.

This next one is another uncolored pic, but for a completely different reason: it just does not ginspire me enough to color it. I will get around to it eventually, but in the meantime, its coloring book time!

Yeah me too. That's a really great piece of work, I've got to step up my game.I think I actually prefer the fact that it is unfinished, to see the picture in it's various stages

It took the idea of cross pollinating muscle with other media to get my motivation back up. Now I won't be posting quite as frequently as I used to, since I don't have a back cataloge of new peices, but I will try to keep it to at least 3-4 new pics a month.
I am very proud of this first cross-pollination peice. To set it up: The big muscleman figure with the wound on its head finally being explained... In A Garbage Pail Kids Card! I kept the pic as high res and large scale as I could. The only digital meddling involved was making the base color uniform, and redrawing the "peel Here" arrow that didn't survive the color uniforming. Everything else was hand-drawn with sharpies, using the card and figure for reference.
Enjoy!
