Nice! Maybe now good ol Wiki Japan has some more info on him... looks like that technique is called the Chaos Sphere Votom and apparently his full name is Chaos Aveniel or something like that...

And as Matto suspected, Avenir is indeed french! The translation? Avenir = Future So, basically, his name is 'Chaos Future'! If the key-in-the-head wasn't a clue to his Time Chojin-ness, that name sure as hell is. Now we just need to find out if he's always been said Time-chojin, or if that only happened after the attack on his family...
On another note, I'm thoroughly amused that everyone on Chao's home planet/asteriod seems to wear a touque.

Yes, but at the end, it seems the same thing that happened when he tried this on Kinnikuman is happening again... so Buffaloman is actually in pain in that last panel!

Yes, it's just like I said, the same thing that happened when Buffaloman tried to drain Kinnikuman's KKD is happening here... Yude are just being more graphic this time around.

No, Big the Budou and Neptuneman had keys in their chests because there was a way to "lock" their Magnetic Power, the Apollon Window (the giant keyhole in the ground that the New Generation passed through to get to 1983). Chaos' keyhole was for his memory, but it's also similar to the Time Choujin's keyhole, whichi is what allowed them to travel through time... if it's connected to anybody else's weird keyhole thingie, it's there's...So, I was thinking when Jenny showed me this picture of Big Budo.
