Well at least he went through the effort of rearranging the figures to make it less obvious!! And he still tells JK that he sent them!? Blatant lier until the end.

If he squares up with you... awesome for you. His reputation as far as I'm concerned would still be "pile of shit" The only reason he "might" come clean in any respect is due to being backed into a corner. Straight up lied over and over again. Not a shred of honesty unless pressed. Don't know about you....... but that's not the kind of person I ever deal with. If he squares on this deal, good for you. He should pay you whatever the heck he made auctioning off all of your MUSCLEs. Regardless, I think the damage is done. Everybody seems to unanimously agree that he's screwed the pooch and is no longer a welcome part of this community.

WOW! Missed out on this drama episode until now. I've traded with duder before and didn't have any issues. By the looks of the other thread though, it's 100% certain that it was an intentional ripoff... done poorly. In a scattered and desperate for cash way... Hummm, not exactly sure what would cause someone who used to be honest and reputable to just start lying and ripping everyone off all of the sudden?

He claims they were dupes, but it included all the exact same figures with all the exact same accessories (or lack thereof).

"I'm already in the dog house for not sending the toys, and since you all had the nerve to mention that what I did was shitty, I am not going to make any effort to pay you back. Please don't contact me anymore, because I am a coward and do not want to face what I have done. My account is banned, but since I am disconnected from reality, I am going to lay the responsibility for that on you and am going to try to punish you by claiming that I can't respond to you anymore. I will act as though I would be willing to communicate with you on the topic if my account were not banned, and I really hope that you aren't smart enough to realize that I have just contradicted the living shit out of myself. As far as what to do now, Stronty is right. Contact the authorities. The authority of the board has already reached as far as it can, in banning him. The next step is getting all of your evidence in a row, and contacting the authorities. You'll probably have to take him to small claims court to get any of your money back... Be sure to ask for punitive damages, for wasting your time.

Not quitting toys, but definitely taking a break, clonewars keeps messaging me on ebay saying it is not his fault the package never arrived and in the same breath he is not paying me.

If he sent it, then I would agree, not his responsibility if the post office lost it. But... he turned around and sold the stuff he was supposed to have sent. No doubt there, he ripped you off.
