Quick question so I can hopefully post 310 soon.. What font did you use for the text setting, KG?

Funny, Ataru, I was just looking up a chapter at your mangahelpers page and went "Hey, I just checked at LRG, and he didn't post updates for those new translations yet!"

Nice of you Buffaloman to make up your entire background story on the page you die.

Also, more KINNIKU PHYSICS - Obviously Buffaloman does not crash into the roof when the giant gravity thing that was supposed to crush Osaka Castle falls on him.

Yeah, it was just out of nowhere just like the revelation of Brocken's medal being the source of his Choujin power. All it makes me wonder is this: if Buffaloman is the last of the Buffalo family, then who are is mom and dad...and where are they? (I tried to soften the blow...by having the commentary done by a cow...and yes, the Buffalo family female in that random group shot is probably the sexiest female this series has had in...forever)

The question is more "why the heck is Buffaloman's wig only seen as such in the Gold Mask arc and why does it seem like regular hair other times?" (and how did it turn into Fabio hair in early Nisei...)

Well for some reason I've been trying to make a few adjustments here to the Kinnikuman Wiki, which is way out of line compared to many others and really doesn't even get things right storywise. (mostly just added Robin's participation on the Zebra/Big Gay Par fight and fix everything regarding Buffaloman and this current fight)

I wonder if the wiki is based on the anime which might differ at some points? It also says that Neptuneman turns on King because he used a sword from the boards, but he actually hits Terryman with an iron pole (And it's not as if that made the match either, it just saved Terryman a few moments so that Kinnikuman could lock their power away, plus, Neptuneman was corrected by King immideatly)

Oh lol, after finally getting Muscle Fight to work (Had to set system language to Japanese and it worked), and looking at Mariposa's desperation move, I lol'd.

Well, he could've just used a new wig in Nisei. That's the only explanation I can think of.

@Tubba - How does Muscle Fight play? Are the moves like Street Fighter? I've seen numerous videos on that game and it looks pretty well made. So many characters to choose from.

MF plays like most other Fighter games, like the certain button combos. I think you can only do some of them at a specific time only though. I found it impossible to play, compared to Capcom's fighting games.

I'm not quite sure what you mean by that last part. Did you find it impossible to play because certain moves can only be done under special circumstances, thereby limiting your options with whichever character you're using? Is it because the controls are somewhat unresponsive? I'm just curious because I'm a big fan of the fighting game genre.

Muscle Fight was made for a computer, and unless you had a suitable controller (and if it allowed different controller set-ups besides the magical key board of letters) fighting games are near impossible to play on the computer keyboard.

This coming from someone who managed to play and win a match of Brawl with the WiiMote/Nunchuck combo. It works people, stop playing with your Wave Birds dammit.

Even with a PS-like controller for the comp, I just.. totally sucked at it. XD Probably didn't help that I had no idea what any of the moves were, but even then.. it's easier to figure them out in real fighting games.

*and hi-5's Matto* HELL YEAH FOR WIIMOTE/NUNCHUCK COMBO.

I can... Kind of-ish play it with the WASD setup. >v<> combos like the Muscle Docking/Double Kinniku buster are nigh impossible however, it almost always ignores the v (and thus performs a Kinniku Driver, wasting the power. RAGE.)

I guess Buffaloman must be the by far most intelligent chojin since he figured out Soldier's identity by just glancing at the paper.

Ataru: Ge! Is…isn’t that the page written with my true identity from the Muscle Prophecy!!

The... True identity you shouted to Buffaloman a page ago, remember?

You know, considering how many opportunities Mayumi has to do COOL STUFf in this arc, it's a pity they've locked him up. It would have been awesome if he'd taken Meat's place vs. Mixer as he intended to.

(TN: Ataru’s “power-up” style is in Japanese “Gouka no Kusodzikara”)

Err... How come you apply Yude's completely off-the-mark romanization of "chi"...?

The whole scenario is messed up IMHO. For one thing, it's convenient that the blimp never shows Mayumi and Sayuri whenever they talked about Ataru prior to the revelation. And Buffaloman...yeah, he's probably just as much a genius as Mammothman.

I really stink with the romanization of the "marked tsu", considering that logic says "du", but it usually read as "zu"/"ju" like it was a marked "chu". All I know is it's "Hellfire Inner Strength" and we'll leave it at that.

And as much as I'd love to see Mayumi take part, it's rather impossible considering he is the current King. While it stunk that they essentially tried to block off Robin and Terry by saying "you're officials, so you can't help Kinnikuman", this is a tournament that essentially will determine who Mayumi's son is...so to have him work with Suguru due to previous biases would be unfair to the other Princes and makes no sense. I really do wish that we got at least a one-shot to show what exactly Mayumi did back in his era but I doubt they'll ever get to that. (especially since with all these "we haven't seen this in a long time" and "I couldn't even do this" revelations that Mayumi gives to Suguru, his time prior to being king was probably...extremely quiet)
