Haha well like i've said before there are no rules against it at all so no one is doing anything wrong. Either one can win with a thousand 1 post votes. I am assuming that since the voting was unannounced and unexpected that later in the week lots of magical brand new members who didn't care to vote all last month will be voting in the tie-breaker. Takes time to advertise.

I'm going to take a wild guess and say that the 1 post voters in the tie-breaker thread (people who didn't vote in the main Series 3 vote) won't be counted. BTW, when I checked yesterday, Fruit Punch was ahead by a 2 to 1 margin.

Would have made sense so i went ahead and asked about it and got a reply.

It seems that someone will always have a problem with the voting system, so guess what? This is where I pull rank. I don't care if any of you think it is screwey or if any of you think certain people should or shouldn't be allowed to vote. Stop whining about the voting. It's happening the way it's happening and it's working great so far.
We can and do verify emails and IP's on things that look suspect.

But all this talk of leaving people out of voting because they weren't around in time for a made up deadline is just dumb. i don't mean to sound harsh, but EVERYONE here was a 1st post person at one point. Even me. It all has to start somewhere, and if the first time you hear about it is to vote, do it!

This is a community project. We will not exclude the community from the voting.

I'll be checking the shop today to see when they are added for sale. I think NYCC begins at 3:00 EST today, but George never said that is exactly when they will go live in the online shop.
