That female manga thing just.....odd.

That one shot was doing two things:

- Giving fangirls who like turning male Kinnikuman characters into females for no reason what-so-ever (y halo thr fanservice).
- Making them cute and/or sexy for male fanboys.

And creep the hell out of non-fanboy type fans?

Our glorious Milky Way is a tiny, infinitesimal speck of sand in this vast, incomprehensible universe. And somewhere in that Milky Way is our own solar system, less than one billionth of that speck of sand that is the Milky Way. And then there is our planet Earth, one hundred trillionth of that one billionth of that one speck of sand. And on this planet Earth there is DEV-0, an insignificant blemish with a lifespan too short to measure when placed in infinite time.

And you are here, with them, as so many specks of sand.

And Warsman's showing the New Gens that the Legends still have some fight left in them. >3

Bare in mind that Warsman is a cyborg, i dont think he even gets old.

And as far Neptuneman, he doesnt age because he is a Perfect Chojin? Eh, thats just my theory.

Japan doesn't care what we think.

Think of it as crack fan fiction, except it's offically published material and not made to fulfill some random hyper active fan-girl with a crappy imagination and poor grammar.

Bad fanfiction. Proving that things really could get that much worse.

That being said, it didn't really creep me out...it just confused me. I guess that's mainly due to the fact that I do not understand Japanese. I have read far creepier things thanks to my good friend, the internet.

Indeed.

Simply realizing the nightmare that is the Winx Club actually exists, has a movie, an ice-skating drama, and will have its fourth season is the ultimate act of sadomasochism, to say nothing about watching the show.

Thank god I don't go that far.

It hurts more when you realize that the Winx Club was what replaced UM.

Ease your pain by watching the second ending of the Nisei anime, it's unintentionally sweet..

I've become accustomed to all of my favorite shows being canceled and replaced with horrible shows. :D

Also, Koi no My Chop! is definitely sweet. There's nothing unintentional about it.

I think Warsman did it since Kevin's life was at stake, and being his mentor, well, you'd figure Warsy would do *everything* he could.

Plus, they were going back to a time period where the only Seigi choujin who was dead was him. None of the other Legends could've gone without risking destroying the Universe.

Warsman was dead at that time? Presumably he was brought back to life again at some point later? So he's probably there to help out the New Gens and save Kevin Mask as far as we can guess then.

Bare in mind that Warsman is a cyborg, i dont think he even gets old.

And as far Neptuneman, he doesnt age because he is a Perfect Chojin? Eh, thats just my theory.

I wondered about whether Warsman could age since he is supposed to be a cyborg and all. But i recall some pictures of his insides from earlier in this tag tournament where he seems to have flesh and muscle encapsulating his internal computer and robotic components. Or are those just synthetic tissue perhaps? He also bleeds as we have seen when Wally's tusk penetrated his body. Could he be a 'techno-organic' being?

Hey, why do you always single out the fangirls? >/ It's not always just girls that write crappy fanfic. Honestly, I think 98% of fanfic, no matter what gender wrote it, sucks.

Anyone got the image where they have the Muscle Brothers, Hell's Missionaries, the Stray Devils, and the 20 Million Powers in their little chibi mode?

D'aaaaaaaw Lil Chibi Budo and Sunshine :3

They're all so cute!!!!!
Except for Kinnikuman though.

I am speaking in terms of JUST the UM section. It is basically run by fangirls with no sense of imagination.

Knuxiechan is somewhat correct. Most fanfiction DOES suck(which is why I'm not what you would call an avid reader).
A lot of rabid fans, be they boy or girl, think "hey this would be cool" and write it.

Wouldn't be a problem is most had a cohearant plot or semi-decent structure, but im getting off topic...

Matto, from what I hear you are correct however(been there once a year ago or so, curiosity).

Though I can admit, it did creep me the heck out somewhat(the fanmanga thing).

----TO be on topic, still rooting for the Bears.

I think he's kind of cute in his own way . Or my standards really have lowered THAT much.

The same could be said of a lot of fandoms. In every single fandom I've come across, there are those kind of 'fangirls' who like to write horrible fanfiction...mostly a certain kind involving two male characters. Even in the remarkably small Lupin III fandom. That being said, to say that all of us have no sense of imagination based on the works of a few people is a little mean.

I think I have to say something in my defense.

There are two types of fan-girls I know. The first is you lovely group of girls that treat the fanbase with respect and have a good head. The second is the one that is parading the UM fan-fic section on FF(dot)net and is running it to the ground. I was not coloring the entire female fanbase, just the one hiding in the bowels of FF(dot)net.

But yes, I can agree that 98% of fanfiction, no matter the gender of the author, is absolute crap. Hence why I go out of the way to support good fanfiction that was well-thought out. I have to. The ones that get multiple reviews are stories that have been done a million times already and were written with little to no effort. No matter the gender of the author, if it's good and made with some effort, I will review it and sometimes favorite it.

If we go by the manga, Warsman was in the Choujin Underworld at this time. He was killed by the Hell Missonaries's Cross Bomber. He wasn't revived until Dr. Bombey replaced his heart with a certain crystal during Meat's fight against the Manriki.

*snip*

Alright. I'll give you that. And I'll admit that it's usually the obnoxious yaoi fangirls that ruin any fandom. But.. Well, we ARE talking about fanfic(dot)net. That is one of the many bowels of the internet. XD (Bad fanfic was why I stopped writing and reading it anyways. I just keep it to myself now.) So sorry for getting snippy.

But back ontopic as well.. Wouldn't it be funny if past!Warsman was watching his future self from the Chojin Graveyard?

Think you could read my Rewrite idea's in the fan fiction forum? I like to think it falls into the 2% that is decent/good.

and they both seem somewhat fine to me, but this is hardly the place to discuss such things. Go make a new thread or something...(I sound like such a nag...)

I wonder if when they get back to the future, Kyo no Sho's made his return.

Because that would be awesome, because then that could be Nisei's final arc, and it could be REALLY epic and give us our Mantaro vs. General Terror fight we were denied with the Demon Seed arc.
