See, Ataru, it's because Ramenman looks much funnier than everyone else when he's pissed off.
So do most characters with a face.

... I think they actually tested Pyramid Power on Mythbusters once. Epic spoilers: it didn't work
Anyway, so that's where the pyramid healing move in Muscle Fight comes from.

That's why it's pseudo-science...which means it works in the Kinniku universe. The craziest thing: Mister Khamen used Pyramid Power too but never explicitly said it outside the name of his death match. (note the pyramid frame surrounding the ring then) Yet of course...when Mister Khamen does it, no one seems to notice but when Ramenman does it, it's a big deal.

I had hoped to have at least two new chapters for you this weekend, but I got a new job going. I will try to get you a chapter each week though.
(I know this one has been done by another group, but I wanted to keep consistancy for the TK releases. I may run late on some future chapters, but I won't be stopping without telling you guys.)

One question popps in my mind about Omegaman... why did the anime made that his laugh... it's... weird...
From what I've heard, I love Omegaman's laugh in the anime. It's creepy.

Wait, Omegaman is a Kanpeki? So that means that Neptune King was his superior? Does that mean that Neptune King is stronger than Omegaman?
... Not that it surprises me. I kind of get the feeling that Akuma Shogun and Neptune King could kick the crap out of Team Phoenix.

A note on consistency - I saw you wrote Ramenman's finisher as Jiulong Cheng Drop, but I'm quite sure you localized that into Kowloon City Drop before.

In my script back when I first translated the attack during the Bikeman fight, I decided to make it "Jiulong Cheng Drop" due to Ramenman speaking that attack in Chinese. I did make a note of "Jiulong Cheng" = "Kowloon City" when I did so. Usually whenever I TL attacks that are supposed to be in another language, I leave it in said language. (even if I ruin it horribly...see some of the "Japanized" terms I use in Otokojuku)
It's sort of hard to say who is the most powerful of the Perfect Choujin...as I sort of see it, Neptune King had his own gang of Perfect Choujin, but Omegaman's employment as a hunter for hire (or just his own morals and beliefs) sort of prevented him or disassociated him from that so it's hard to say which of those two were the stronger. It really is hard to really define what makes a "Perfect Choujin" considering that all the ones prior to Omegaman were associated with Neptune King as well as certain things like "Kenkaman being just strong" and Kendaman and Screw Kid's explanation of their training rituals. (and yes, Neptune King and Akuma Shogun probably could easily wipe the floor with Phoenix...heck, Ataru nearly did that on his own)

... God, and the whole stupid "I will be the new Kinnikuman!" part... If you've played as him in Muscle fight and get a perfect victory (no damage), you'll actually get a scene of him with Kinnikuman's mask... And Screw Kid with Buffaloman's horns... And... Oh, god, it's too much nightmare fuel.
... Though I did kind of like Neptune King. He had a badass appearance, and did the "Greedy villain with superficial plot to lure others in" thing well.
Also, did Neptuneman's chin grow testicles or something between SFtT and DTT?

Super Phoenix has the power of a chojin god within him. This automatically makes Super Phoenix top tier since the chojin gods are the highest beings in the Kinnikuman universe. I'm not sure who would win those match ups, though.(and yes, Neptune King and Akuma Shogun probably could easily wipe the floor with Phoenix...heck, Ataru nearly did that on his own)

I hope we'll see a bit of Neptuneman being awesome. He was badass during the Kenkaman bits, but a moron when he had the Neptune Mask on.

There is a major problem with that: he still kept his Neptune Mask! My guess: he really can't go back to being Kenkaman due to everything he did as Neptuneman so he's sort of stuck with this ID for the arc. (besides, he was wearing the Neptune Mask since he first appeared as a shadowy figure)
And yeah...having Choujin God powers means nothing: it may just boost your power level but if you don't have techniques or skills, you still suck. This isn't like DB or something where higher power level = instant victory; it's just something to provide an extra kick to your techniques.

Super Phoenix has a large arsenal of techniques and skills, so he's a formidable contender no matter how you look at it. And I know this isn't like DB, for I've even stated before that chojin power levels are not accurate indicators of who's stronger than who. I just disagreed with you when you said, "Neptune King and Akuma Shogun could probably easily wipe the floor with Phoenix". In shonen manga, final antagonists are never weaklings. And yeah...having Choujin God powers means nothing: it may just boost your power level but if you don't have techniques or skills, you still suck. Neptune King's plan isn't really well elaborated on anyway. He's just wandering around in the Thames (as Big the Budo, none the less) untill Kenkaman jumps down and... Yeah. It's not really elaborated on how he formed his Perfect gang.

Nowadays, aside from the occasional awesome villian (Light from Death Note, Father from FMA), Shonen manga use wansty villians. 8[In shonen manga, final antagonists are never weaklings.
