So you don't mind her putting in the sfx for your's as well?

If he's doing like one or two every couple of months, I can take care of it.

Any more, and they will interfere with college-- something I can't afford. If Roots Island works out really well, I may just be the 'retranslator,' and let Knuxie take care of the rest.

If she wants to, I won't stop her. (I still have the .psd for all of them, too)

Fine, I'll keep taking care of any future translations unless you get some time off or something.

Finished redoing chapter 15 for you, Orgg.

And if Tash wants me to do the SFX, I don't mind at all. Unfortunately, it takes me a bit to finish a chapter, since I do.. thousands of other things when I'm online. XD;;

The thing about linking to toriyamaworld's files, I don't want to suck down their bandwith. Plus they have that weird download limit thing.

I'll upload my .psd files, but I'm warning you it's a pretty big file. (I'll upload a page so you can test the compatibility) You don't need to be in any hurry to get them edited, though.

Here's everything in my work folder (.psd and .jpeg):

http://www.megalopuad.coc/?d=DQICKUH4

And here's a random page in .psd format:

http://www.megalopuad.coc/?d=30DB0UCA

That reminds me, when I finish getting putting text into all of the chapters that are out, I wanted to go back and clean up your chapter 19 a bit. (There's a lot of junk on the edge of some of the pages) Do you have you source files for it, still?

Unfortunately, I didn't keep the files. *headdesk* I'll definitely clean up the sides on future chapters though.

And woo, looks like I CAN use .ps files. Should I get the new chapters out that Theorgg sent the txt script for or work on the old chapters first?

If he's finished with Roots island, take care of that, first.

I'm also going to slow down my releases so that it doesn't look like the series is on the backburner. Space out what we have a bit.

Also, if it's not much trouble, can you do some dialog fixes for me when you get around to adding SFX to the chapters I've done? For example, change all of the instances of "Aderans" to "wig", (there aren't too many) and take care of that Planet Kin Library mistake, as well as any other small oddities that you notice. They aren't things that need to be fixed immediately, but I figure you can take care of it as long as you're going through them eventually, anyway.

I don't think 'Alderans' needs to be changed. You mention when you do the swap in the comic, so just don't worry about that.

Our glorious Milky Way is a tiny, infinitesimal speck of sand in this vast, incomprehensible universe. And somewhere in that Milky Way is our own solar system, less than one billionth of that speck of sand that is the Milky Way. And then there is our planet Earth, one hundred trillionth of that one billionth of that one speck of sand. And on this planet Earth there is DEV-0, an insignificant blemish with a lifespan too short to measure when placed in infinite time.

And you are here, with them, as so many specks of sand.

I don't really like spontaneously changing things like that, then having to explain it with a note.

Duummbb question. There's a panel I'm editing in chapter 26 that the script says "Kinniku Beam" but the katakana says "Kinniku Flash." .. Which should I use?

Hi guys,
just wanted to say thanks for all the work you're doing.
It's finally nice to be able to read the Kinnikuman manga.
I never got to download any pages for Toriyama World,
and the links seem to be dead, so this is a treat for me.
Thanks again!

Kinniku Flash comes from his arms, Kinniku Beam comes from his legs. Use whichever he's doing. (probably Flash, since he very rarely does the Kinnikubeam, despite it being mentioned in the theme song >_>)

I never really knew there was a difference between his attacks but now I know. Woo!

And.. soundwave, you're right. The Toriyama world links ARE dead.. Hmm. Should we upload those as well, but just credit them?

Yeah, the Kinnikubeam was only mentioned a few times. (for obvious reasons)

But if TW's links are dead, then go ahead and mirror them. Their filesizes were so tiny that you could probably do it by volume instead of individual chapters.

(sorry that I haven't worked on any chapters lately, I've been preoccupied. It's also hard to stay motivated without trying to catch up.)

I'll get my Toriyamaworld copies uploaded tomorrow or possibly Monday. I'll zip up the whole thing I've got of their's.

I actually got 'em all saved as well. I can upload them to the same account as the other manga.

Edit: http://teamkinniku.50webs.com/

Added a navigation bar for when I put up the later Toriyama chapters. Also uploaded chapter 26 finally. Sorry it's taking so long. @__@

I'm wondering, before I put up anymore.. When the 7 Devils saga comes up, are we starting over the chapter numbers or just keep going as is?

...

...um...

That's a good question. I think you should just use the overall number, like we have been, since it's the standard manga numbering style.

I'd say start doing the TW thing with Volume 3 and numbering each chapter as 1-1X for each volume after #2.

That's what I've been doing at home, matching the TW website to the folder names. (in the 0xxx format)

I uploaded the Kinn TW manga... Heh. I guess that's wasted? Or should I post a link for "All the TW Manga"?

That's a very archaic numbering system that, like I've said before, causes some problems with organization if every chapter in the volume isn't collected together. (more go given how scattered the chapters are)

Sorry about that Orgg. D=

And apologizes to people trying to download the TW links on our website. I'm taking them down for a bit so I can upload them with corrected file names, so it'll all go in order.

I wasn't planning on making all the TW chapters downloadable together. I was thinking of just including them into our chapters once we finish a volume. (That make any sense? XD)

Edit: And.. both Orgg and Tosh have chapter 23. @__@ What version should I use?..

Knuxie, in the future, do you mind trimming the dead space around the comic panels? Kinda like I did for the Tendon chapter? It should be really quick to do once you complete the editing.

No worries. TeamKinniku has two hanging chads right now... the Ramenman fight and the Roots Island fight.

I think Roots Island is worth the wait, though. That Kunta, what a great distress girl.
