Nah, i think Yapiel, Monkey King, and a few others have posted more. Some newbies would post something in every darn thread just to get thier counts up, or they would babble on in the monkey bar thread all day hahahahahaa.

Like Rokk says though. keep posting, I love your art.

I'm glad everyone likes my stuff but I gotta take a break for a little while. I'm a little burned out of drawing half naked musclemen.

I have a little history that goes with this picture I am posting. In 1997 there were a couple of MUSCLE sites on the web. The MPS had just gone from a personal little fansite to something a bit more important. It was the place to bring us all together as a community. Patrick Gresham's site. He's the guy that had all the merchandise for us to get back into collecting in the days before Ebay auctions. In fact, in MUSCLE revival terms, he was the first to complete a full 235 flesh set. I was the second in March of 1998. I bought most of them from Pat. #3 was Kevin Meisner, #4 was Nathan Newell (Tortle) and #5 was Darrin (Muscletoys). Tim Drage had the third site, and this is where we learned of Kinnikuman. But the fourth site was the most important to me. Jason Radniecki's MCW. Like most of us, he had named his MUSCLEs put them into leagues etc. Later, Dave Woodrum had the MWL and Mathew Milner had the MPSWL, but this was different. All his figures were painted and had distinct personalities and background. But there was more. Jason had a natural talent for creating hillarious stories and dialogue. He took pictures of them in the ring and out of it and there continuing exploits. He updated every week and I have to say that it was much more interesting than anything in the Media being done by professionals. It was his site that really spurred me into recollecting them and having a renewed strong interest interest in them. The first MUSCLE art I ever did was in 1997 and it was based on his painted figs. That is the pic I am posting here. I drew the comics I posted earlier based on his website and when the MPS newsletter came about I asked him to collaborate with me and write the dialogue. Unfortunately his site is gone and he is not a member of the AKIA. I cannot fully explain how much of a loss this is to our community. If any of the old MPS guys have anyway of contacting him and bringing him aboard I would do comic strips with him or illustrate anything he comes up with from here on out. Anyway, here is the picture.

excellent pencil sketch! did you base it on a photograph of a normal person and add buffalo man's attributes or just do it from scratch?

Also, I was just wondering what you base the muscle's on the kinnikuman figures on?

Did it from scratch. As for the muscles, I know anatomy by heart. Learned how to draw it in my teens and took a 500 hour college course on it when I was 25. When it comes to people I don't use any reference material. I'm trying to get there with animals. Same with environments. For vehicles I use reference material. Personally I don't like art that is based on reference material. That's what camera's are for.

Dude... NOW I have no actual comment. Yeah, you're THAT good, I have no way of telling you how amazed I am.

I took a good look at Buffaloman, Terryman, and Brockenman, and they way you drew them. Like a different form of realistic anime or realistic cartoon.

I'd LOVE to see Kinnikuman or Ultimate Muscle animated liek you draw.

Isn't there a way to sorta make a re-make of something, smae story and whatnot, just different animation? I'd wanna try watching the show in YOUR animation. That's how cool it is!

Wow! Geez. I don't know about all that. I've been working on some non-Kinniku art lately but I do have some stuff I can post. These are some MUSCLEs I painted. First is Muscleman and Terri-Bull.
