I wonder how that happened... Well, here's a replacement for the page.

Also I like the volume name. SAMURAI KENZAN!!
Kenzan is one of those woefully idiomatic (idiotic) words. It has a nice ring to it though.
Meat: And even Prince himself hasn’t realized his own mysterious ability.
... Wait, what? I thought he knowingly used it as a libido in the Zebra tag team match? ... And he used it against 100 Ton too... I mean, wasn't purifying that river the reason he DIDN'T kill himself?
The Dragon Suplex was pretty cool though... Even if Phoenix' apparently joint-less shoulders made unusable.
Not quite as cool as Great's Rainbow Suplex against Blackhole though.
Robin: Kinnikuman, I’m hesitant to say this, but your rivals until now, Buffaloman, Akuma Shogun and Neptuneman, were just Power Fighters; naturally, you repeatingly were just in Power Fight battles that were exceeded due to facing them as opponents; due to this, you completely mastered power fighting.
Robin: …Thus, when a Technique Choujin, who can take advantage of the exact opposite of the power of Buffaloman and Neptuneman like Phoenix, emerges, you that can only do Power Fighting will come to not understand the best way to deal with them!!
Well gee, something ne-, no wait, Jesse Malviesa (or whatever his name was). Oh well.
... Also, Neptuneman was his rival? I guess no one likes Neptune King.
I'll take a pot shot at this being where Kamehame's 52 grappling techniques will come in.
Does Neptuneman attach his Hulk Hogan stache with velcro?
And I don't get it. The Neptune Mask was shattered by the Muscle Docking (At least King's, I don't think we ever see Neptuneman's actually shatter). He then jumps into space and explodes AS KENKAMAN. But why does he have the mask after they revive him?
Why does Mammothman sound like a fat whiny ten-year-old in the anime?
Seriously, can Robin Mask stuff it about how amazing Neptuneman is? Last arc he was just Neptune King's pet.
What the hell's impressive about Suguru's handstand? I mean, Terryman could lift King the 100 Ton for a good while.
I think I care too much about this. I blame belating my medication.

And yeah...sadly most stuff prior to the Seven Devils seems to be forgotten aside from certain aspects of a selective memory...like the first two Choujin Olympic finals.

"Ooh... Neptuneman... Your muscles...!"
Samurai's reaction to Kinnikuman's apology is priceless.

Sorry, Mammothman, but... You're not an actual mammoth. You're a guy wearing a mammoth pelt. Seriously. Deal with it.
Is it just me or is Mammothman wearing a diaper?

"No Mammothman, no!"

Oh, that's funny, I also had the impression of Mammothman being some sort of man-mammoth fusion. He also says something like "no one will ever see my true face" during the Big Body slaught- I mean fight.
I love Robin's dad's 'stache.

The Ice Rock Gyro must be one of the most absurd things I've ever seen. Spinning fast makes you drop below 70 K? Yeah... Except no. Freezing something requires either compression followed by cooling (compression will increase the temperature - dropping it to the non-compressed temperature (i.e. room temperature) will make it even colder than the room once it reaches the normal compression rate) and decompression, or isolated decompression.

No, 90% of the Japanese fan art on the interwebs is this. That is nothing. Is it just me, or is the part where Robin gets grabbed by Neptuneman before he jumps out... INCREDIBLY homoerotic?

Oh...and Robin himself gets the "mask-stache" in Nisei...I guess he asked his dad where he got his.

I am mostly going by Sturgeons Law of 90% of stuff that is crap/weird/wasted potentional and the rest that isn't. Though this isn't always the case.Generally I don't spend my time looking at Kinnikuman yaoi fanart.
Example: The Nisei manga is 99% negative and 1% posistive. The anime is 95% posistive and 5% negative.
The HAWTNESS of Tropes.

I mean no offense here, but I think you need to read more Shonen manga. You'll find that real world physics/scientific laws don't always apply entirely. The Ice Rock Gyro must be one of the most absurd things I've ever seen. Spinning fast makes you drop below 70 K? Yeah, I think I'm being mislead by my giant robots with chest beams and flying fists. All that seems so realistic in comparison to Kinnikuman.I mean no offense here, but I think you need to read more Shonen manga. You'll find that real world physics/scientific laws don't always apply entirely.

Proof that anime is for kids and manga for men.
Really, looking at some clips of the Kinnikuman anime, even ignoring the censorship, it's really really really poor. Let me take some examples.
Look at the 0:16-20 bit. Look how Robin Mask's legs move closer to Parthenon... And then he's suddenly got him in a Robin Special. What kind of animation is that?
But it doesn't end here!
At the first bit, we only really see Mammothman's limbs. A bit poor, but acceptable. During the awesome BGM, we also see Mammothman fall. This animation probably costed more than all of SFtT together. Next, look at Buffaloman delivering his Revived Hurrican Mixer. He hits Phoenix, and then... Freeze! Suddenly, Phoenix is up in the air. Wow, impressive.
However, now follows the probably WORST crime of Kinnikuman anime: The final battle of the original series, ignoring fillers.
Skip to about 1:20 to get past the nonsense. Okay, so first Kinnikuman teleports up. Fine. He rescues Terry. Somehow, he tosses Terry 200 feet up in the air. Okay. Terryman delivers a kick, and Kinnikuman a Shoulder. Very short-cut and rather patethethic. And then... WHAT THE HELL, THEY'RE IN THE MUSCLE DOCKING POSITION?
Compare with the manga: http://www.onemanga....nikuman/272/17/ http://www.onemanga....nikuman/272/18/ http://www.onemanga....nikuman/272/19/ http://www.onemanga....nikuman/272/20/
Sure, the manga features the same magical teleportation. However, more importantly, observe how the situation actually makes sense - They use the confusion of the Hell's Missionaries to sneak up behind them and toss them up, and then elaborately and explicitly shows how the technique is performed. In a wrestling anime, if you're going to spend the budget on anything...
WHY NOT SPEND IT ON THE BLOODY TECHNIQUES?
Speaking of the Robin Mask/Parthenon battle, I'm surprised they didn't give Robin and Kinnikuman some miraculous finishign move a la Muscle Docking. Sure, we got the Britonippon Cross Bomber, but they should've given us something like... A combo between Robin Special and Kinniku Driver. Kinnikuman drives the enemy into the groin of the foe Robin has in a Robin Special.

Another weird thing I noticed is that they replace Brocken Jr.'s Bremen Sunset (which is just really a regular German Suplex down into a carp) with a... uh, "Frankensteiner" move in the 3-on-3 match.

http://www.youtube.c...feature=related - now the manga http://www.onemanga....nikuman/253/05/
In the manga he looked surprised with a serius reaction, in the anime he looked like a comedy character ¬¬. But Akira Kamiya goofy voice really fited him in that part
About the anime and the story, in the manga the Hell missonaries aimed for Kinnikuman left arm http://www.onemanga....nikuman/252/18/
On the anime ( the same link above) it look like he sliped or try to avoid it and couldn't.
It really could have better animaton but I still like it ^^. And Yude make it to be a great manga with a no so-good anime ^^

and despite the notorius ''that little wee wee twat of mari being kinnikuman's girlfirend intstead of that piece of blondie beebeenba'' i noticed the toned down violence and differences between the manga and anime's scenes in order to make it more enjoyable for the kidz.

You know, looking back at the tag team arc... The first few battles as well as the final one weren't too bad. It was really the Nisenman Powers/Hell's Missionaries match that ruined it.
For me the arc started falling apart with New Machineguns/Stray Devils and how much of a mess it became, particularly with Terry only listening to Suguru and some of the stuff with Kamehame. Luckily Muscle Brothers/Stray Devils mostly saved it (aside how whiny Sunshine became), but 20 Millions/Hell Missionaries is sort of the point it just went to crap.

Poor animation - Check
Poor artwork - Check
Constant interruptions in fights - Check
Putting comedy in serious scenes - Check
Removing important scenes from the manga - Check
I'll forgive the toned down violence of the anime considering its morning time slot, but the rest is inexcusable. Look at how good the original Dragon Ball and Fist of the North Star series were. Both came out in the 80's and they're still watchable by today's standards; so age is not an excuse here.
