...Well, all I can say now is there goes any hope of Warsman winning now. So when Mammothman and Neptuneman win, how will that affect with the whole tournament? Considering even though Mammothman betrayed Warsman, they're still on the same team, so either Harabote for some reason allows them to make a new team now (which is about as likely as a bracket swi--oh, wait) or Mammothman and Neptuneman end up fighting.

I finally scanned a few pages of the Warsman Origins.
It's almost 5 Mb and didn't have to make an zip/rar.

You can browse there if you don't want to have all the pics loading:

There's something oddly familiar about Warsman's dad........

Posted Image

Oh my god. Warsman's dad was a Wartortle.

Okay, all serious now, poor Warsman.. and I now badly want this book.. thanks for the scans Drax.

And hey, I just realised, that's Turbinski's dad in page 15. How cool. That organisation seems to specialize in Robo Choujin.. so I wonder if he and Warsman knew each other.

Possibly.

And that would make it bitterly amusing that Turbinsky's first loss was against the man trained by the man his father had trained with in the past.

Warsy's dad's name is Mikhailman and his mother's name is Natasha.

.. Warsman has such cute hair. Oh, why does he keep becoming more awesome. <3 You'd think with all the technology they have to turn people into robots, they could make thei faces normal. =/

Well, nowadays it is possible to make robots that resemble humans so I suppose it could work. And Warsman DOES have cute hair. D:

Dai Makai, since when did Astro Boy look normal? I do not recall this.

Astro Boy never looked normal, Kinnikuman never looked normal.

The only thing a manga creator can draw normally is panty flashes.

My Astro Boy comment was how in the Astro Boy canon, materials had been made that you could have a robot wear them and they'd look human. Synthetic hair, skin, fingernails, etc. And Warsman doesn't have any of those things.

Hey, to be fair, Warsman had a Choujin power of 1,000,000.

And although Astro started out with 100,000 horsepower, it got upgraded to 1,000,000 during the World's Greatest Robot arc, which treated horsepower as if it was a robot's power level.

Coincidence? YOU DECIDE!

Warsmans back story was awesome.
Robin as Barracuda as freaking epic.

Though as for the "Mammothman turns on Warsmans," I have mixed emotions on this.

This means that:
A. Warsman is most likely screwed.
2. We now get an EPIC combo of Neptuneman and Mammothman.

......I dont' know WHO to root for anymore. But didn't The Samurai originally show up to help against Mammothmans tusks? If so, this oddly makes sense.

Warsman's back story is rather tragic. He's lived a hard life right from the start. It seems he learnt to be cold, brutal and without feelings early on in his life; one could hypothesize that was not only because of his robotic nature, but also because of the early tragedy of losing both his parents. But his willingness to destroy others if need be, along with sympathizable desperation and detemination, is what allowed him to escape that Russian Chojin traning camp. I think the great appeal of Warsman's character is that he's this cruel robotic fighter that is less inhibited to kill than other chojins on the side of good, but you don't feel he's evil. You don't get the sense that Warsman's coldness and cruelty is sourced from bad intentions, it is simply the way he is 'programmed' to fight with maximum efficiency and effectiveness, the only way of fighting he knows. It is understandable that he is the way he is not because of evil intentions necessarily, but as a result of a purely logical, objective mind that lacks human empathy. He'll do whatever it requires to defeat his enemies, his targets are clear and emotions do not interfere with his actions. I think that Warsman back-story gives a good background behind Warsman's unique character.

Thanks for uploading the scans Drax!

Warsman doesn't strike me as the type of robot that would want to look human. With his merciless existence of fighting and computational mind, I don't think he'd feel he has much need to look human. If anything, he'd probably want to look as inhuman as possible to reflect his cold, mechanincal nature. Having human features is probably an unnecessary and pointless superficiality to him.

Wow, I wonder what Mamothman is eating?

I'm still thinking of what will happen next?

I feel something bad is about to happen. And I think it involves the legends and the new generation and the time choujins. It's just a hunch.
