I actually like the Deadbeet better than any OMFG figure that isn't Multiskull.

Agree. Deadbeet is easily in my top 3 October Toys minifigs.

Did anybody on here get an extra plum Deadbeet? I've got a flesh one coming but missed out on these due to having the lion's share of my outgoings come off last week. Really kicking myself that I couldn't pull the trigger on a $2 figure. I can offer cash or trade for an orange Stroll or Multiskull if those are of use to anybody.

"Fresh Mint" series 2 set coming--clear green (with glitter I think):

http://www.octoberto...hp?f=40&t=11331

I think I've already reached my max for the amount of sets I'm going to buy, but it's a nice looking color.

I think this might be replacing the Toxie Green that was on the back of the Plum S1 header card. Same vendor. It's the same vendor that sold the mutagen edition Z.O.M.B.I.E. that was a darker translucent green with glitter than the fresh mint.

No, I got a couple of sets. The packs have been split up and most are on sale at Arizona con I think, some went online.
It shows they've sold out already?? That can't be right... There might be more added to the store thru con hours or any unsold stock added to the online store after the con is over?

Odd. I tried to add 2 to my cart and got the "you've reached the limit" error.

That is odd. I never got that error message.
I was reading at OT that any unsold stock after Amazing Arizona Con will be held aside until another future event. Not sure if the stock in the online store will be updated either.

Just saw there will be purple and metallic purple Baby Deadbeets available this Friday, as well as purple OMFG series 2. Might grab the Deadbeets--I think it would be cool to build an army of those guys.

I hate metallic anything. I like neon, I like thermal, I like GITD to a point... But To me the best colors are the nice rich hue colors, or the really muddy/mean looking colors. HATE pastels.

I love how the metallic colors remind me of the bootleg stuff i'd get in vending machines as a kid. Crappy melted mixed metal colors. Love em.

Metallic purple looks better than I thought it would. I didn't like how the metallic green came out compared to the metallic green that was used in a Glyos run. The gold looks good. The thing that bothers me with the metallics is the weird swirls you can get that almost look like defects in the figure.

Flesh is still my favorite. I liked the S1 flesh color more than S2, and it's too bad if that can't be duplicated again. Plum, yellow, white, and translucent blue are my other favorites.

Hi, I was wondering if someone could tell me if these figures are like a solid plastic or more rubbery? I prefer rubbery figures (Boglins, Monster in my Pocket etc). I wanna start collecting these but I can't tell if they are squishy or not.

Also, does the material vary depending on which site you buy them from? For example, if I buy a certain colour exclusive to a certain website, do they manufacture the mini figures themselves, possibly resulting in a different level of squishyness?

They are made of a harder plastic, more like a MUSCLE figure.
