Yuss!

And...

I'm three pages away from finishing the next Kinn Lady chapter. Why? Schoolwork. Which I should be doing now, but I'm slacking off...

Reminds me of the line from Lemondemon's Count Song. "When I'm alone..."

Our glorious Milky Way is a tiny, infinitesimal speck of sand in this vast, incomprehensible universe. And somewhere in that Milky Way is our own solar system, less than one billionth of that speck of sand that is the Milky Way. And then there is our planet Earth, one hundred trillionth of that one billionth of that one speck of sand. And on this planet Earth there is DEV-0, an insignificant blemish with a lifespan too short to measure when placed in infinite time.

And you are here, with them, as so many specks of sand.

HALP!

Buffaloman is waging, in a manner of speaking, techniques that don’t really have anything else in them due to his vigalence of Mammothman’s Big Tusks!!

...

Context? It sounds like all of Buffaloman's power is being wasted on the tusks of mammothman or he's not hitting as hard as he can because he's afraid of the tusks. I'd say the first without context, but with context I might be able to figure it out.

buffaloman gets freaked out when mammothman narrowly misses him with a tusk charge. mammothman destroys the ring corner in the miss

buffalo tries to tag in soldier, soldier tells him to stop being a puss and wont tag

mammoth hits a shoulder block that buffalo thinks is gonna be the tusks again

soldier tells buffalo to remember the hunger he had as a devil choujin

buffalo is all bloody, but kind of repeating what soldier just said

mammoth picks up buffalo in a firemans carry, hits a somoan drop

as they crash down, the announcer is screaming that line in question

Don't apologize. It's been nearly 2 months since the last chapter came out. You have a right to know what's going on. I plan on rewording the translations once I get access to Microsoft Office software, which will hopefully be soon. We're halfway through the last arc; it should be a priority to finish it off as soon as possible. It seems that Ataru's translations are what's keeping Team Kinniku from progressing further through the material, but I've had a look at them and they seem fine to me.

You're not double posting. Double posting is when you post in quick succession of your previous post; it's been almost a week since you last posted, so there's nothing wrong with that :). Thanks for the heads up.

And to Team Kinniku, there are some chapter number errors on the website (starting from volume 29). Those should be fixed up.

I still intend to continue Lady, but I've been really swampped with schoolwork when I'm at school, or when the 'winter break' occured, I had no internet nor computer access at all. I'm two pages away from the next chapter of Lady, but truthfully I do not know if I'll get it done in January.

I'm busy with school. I have a grand total of one page of the next Lady chapter done.

Apricot I have no idea about-- I tried to contact him, and as of yet, no response.

Perhaps something happened to their computers, because there's no other reason why they can't even let us know what's going on after such a long moratorium. And don't apologize; it's really a matter of courtesy we're talking about here.

That would be great! Just take a look in the past parts of this thread and try to find out the fonts used so there's some consistency. Would you mind doing it as a 'joint' of Team Kinniku/Jump 0998 like that? We mainly need a person to interpret what Ataru translated, and to edit the pages.

Once I can get someone (Knux, where are you, girl!?!) to update the website, would you mind us posting links to your chapters so that it's all in one place?

Also: No lady yet. Busy with school. As always.

Looks prettyg ood, but is that the font that Stetcase and Apricot was using?

When you finish a chapter, make sure to post a link on this thread. This thread is kinda the core area of Team Kinniku, belive it or not.

@pittiraghu - Thank you so much for lending a hand. I've also been trying to get into contact with Knuxie but to no avail. If you need any assistance with rewording Ataru's translations, let me know. And yes, your work looks really good so far.

This is pretty funny. I was wondering what the hell happened to Team Kinniku. Why hasn't anyone finished this series yet. I remember the days when the series was scanned super fast. It was incredible. Now the series is like taking a breather. 3-4 months. It seems like the main people like the fans besides the translators and previous scanners even give a damn about this series. But now I see radically after never being on this forum entirely at all for a long time. That a new crew is picking up on this series. All I can say it's about effing time. Good luck bro. And great scans. I hope you end up completing the series.
