for this guy its some buildman parts for the mask, a crayboth for the core, and a shaved down gobon ball and spymonkey spike for the arm. the overall base figure is from the new tmnt Baxter Stockman toy

yup you can choose both if you would like
i loved the stone cobra look so much and this was a commission but i was giving free reign with how to do it. Of course he cant fly but i thought the wings would look stellar, so i went for it
