yeah, that's right. a double dose today. was going through a seller's pile of crap and struck gold! and i'm not talking about the corn. these are mostly resin model kits and most require painting and assembly. also, the price isn't too low, but they're still some quality items.

Not sure what the silver guy is from but I have a couple of them (one with a broken weapon). I think the other guy in from the same line as well. I got them in large lot of misc figures on ebay a while ago. I think they seller is a member here so maybe they can tell you (I don't remember who it was).

started work at the air base today. wasn't as bad as i thought it would be. but the super incredibly horribly utterly shizznitty news is that i'll be there at least a month. and despite all our efforts it doesn't look like i'll be going back to the job i was at. sucks. i guess i'll just have to get over it and be glad i'm not unemployed. who knows, maybe after this job they'll send me somewhere that's great with kickass overtime. pfffbt. yeah right.

They're pretty cool and they usually sell for obscene amounts of cash. These guys have started out low, but they'll probably sky rocket. Also, they look like they're in real good condition.

have you ever tried to make the most of a bad situation and have that not do a damn thing? tried it today at work. nope, still hate the place. biggest problem is that everyone there is either a douche or a richard-head. i can normally get along with people, but this place is the reject pile. i am sick to death of having to fix everyone else's eff ups. i don't understand why people don't take the time, the first time, to do shizznit right. it doesn't take much longer and you don't end up having to re-do something. i may have to kill a few extra people this week.

i'm a big fan of the metal gear series. damn sony for their insanely priced system. i ache for mgs4. anyway, here's some cool gashapon figs from mgs2 substance. these are never cheap, but they're always awesome.
the last several items are kind of related. first up, we've got an art book and dvd from the artist shigeru mizuki. then, we've got two separate gashapon sets from his designs, 1 & 2.
last, we've got a figure catalog for shigeru mizuki. when i saw these i knew i had to pass them along. they're the same characters from gegege no kitaro. they are pricey, but also precious. who wouldn't love these little guys.

tomorrow is a new day. i've got auctions i'm watching in the off chance i can get them for a steal. my new digital camera just got here. knifey wifey is making tacos for dinner. i've got employment through the holidays. i get a raise in a month. my inlaws get here on thursday. i guess i've got a lot going for me right now. i prolly shouldn't bee-eye-itch about stupid little shizznit like work. after all, i could have just lost an assload of money on the stock market.

okay, i snuck away to rest. i've been eating non-stop for two days. i think i may die. but it'll be a happy death. i've won a cool crazy bones/things auction and i've ate more mexican food in the past two days than most of mexico city eats in a week. good thing this computer chair has wheels or i'd never get around the house.

They've all gone through the roof. I've basically decided that series 3 is out of my league. Unless I can find one hidden behind a bunch of series 1 figures I think I'm just gonna live without them. They're stupid and crappy anyway.

A couple of the Amphises only went a couple bucks higher than I'd have paid, but I realized that there's no rush, it's not the end of the world (of Warcraft) and that there's still next time. I figured in the long run, the LRG Gormiti blowout was more worth my immediate attention.
