Unless Mantaro really is Mari's kid, having her end up stopping the clock and ultimately falling for Suguru at this crucial point and getting married could remove Mantaro from existence, which in turn would end up not only allowing the Time Choujin to win, but would probably create a ton of time paradoxes that would basically make Nisei non-existent.

I came across a Japanese discussion of the series earlier today (completely by chance). It consisted of some complaining that Mantaro's only fight in the last year was against Bob Sapp, some musing about whether it was possible for Ikeman to actually redeem himself after the way he acted until now, something about Terryman being on the Chojin committee, a bit pf talk about how cool Mammothman and Neptuneman are, and at least one person supporting Mari and Kinnikuman.

In short, not that different from the discussion here.

Well I think there is something going on that is much worse than we are seeing right now in the chapters, and Yude is trying to hide it. But I'm not sure of that though. I'll try to find out.
