It's not like he PURPOSELY does it. I can understand his frustration with the current plot.

Keyword: What Knuxie said.

Even if I coat my plot opinions with candy colored BS-lollipops and give it away for free doesn't mean that everyone will like them.

Varity is the spice of life. Don't like the cajun spice I add to my post? Well too bad. I wasn't insulting you people who think I'm trolling, I was insulting the two egg-heads that enjoy making me sit through unneeded character development for a useless Mari Nikaidou. Just because you're a fan of the series and their work doesn't mean you have to like the direction they are taking. Just because it annoys me to no end doesn't make me your enemy.

I can blame Yude for Meat's utter book losing failure, I can blame them for Super Trinities losing, I can blame them for making Terry the Kid and Robin lose to the Five Disasters. After all, and I will write this in a size five plot, in caps, and in italics to get my point across:

THIS IS THEIR MANGA.

Also remember folks, stating your honest opinions is great, but if it conflicts with everyone else's that means you're a troll!

I don't come here to start conflicts.

I come here to give out BS-lollipops! =D

Here here! (although, I personally like this arc... except for the Mari being important thing). I didn't like how Pell survived his sacrifice in One Piece, I hated the rushed ending to Sakigake!! Otokojuku, I STILL believe Gero gets the sh*t end of the stick in Nisei, and I think Ippo and Kumi (from Hajime no Ippo... 20 YEARS!! WOOT!!!! NEW ANIME!! WOOT!!!!) should be engaged by now instead of still being only "sort of" a couple. I love all 4 series, but I wont always agree with the mangaka's ideas.... *cough*Iusuallydothough*cough*

Seconded. Personally, I have nothing against Mari. Except that her very presence could perhaps erase everything that happened in Nisei.

I hated the rushed ending to Sakigake!! Otokojuku,

I wanted to read that, but at the moment I'm juggling Kinnikuman, JJBA, Hajime no Ippo, Rokudenashi Blues, and Kamen Rider Spirits. I suspect I'll be doing that forever though.

I STILL believe Gero gets the sh*t end of the stick in Nisei,

Seconded as well. I like Gero, but it seems that I'm a minority in that sense. At least he is treated better than Rikishiman, but then again everyone is treated better than Rikishiman.

I think Ippo and Kumi (from Hajime no Ippo... 20 YEARS!! WOOT!!!! NEW ANIME!! WOOT!!!!) should be engaged by now instead of still being only "sort of" a couple.

Hell yes! Unfortunately though, that means Ippo would have to stop with his slightly homoerotic obsession with Miyata which will probably never happen. Here's to another twenty years. :/

Everyone should like Gero, and Brocken, and Warsman.

Because, you know, they get worfed for no reason.

Because, you know, they get worfed for no reason.

Can I like a character for other reasons besides them being worfed?

Gero - Well, defeating Sunshine even though he was just a normal human gains him major points. This was definitely one of my favorite fights in Kinnikuman and the Apache War Cry is one of my favorite techniques. It also takes some real guts to reach into your own chest and restart your heart. As for everything else I like about him, he is part of a group that rarely gets represented in anime, and while he is a rather stereotypical representation of the Apache people at first he does manage to go beyond just that. I also like his hair and his theme song "Tamashii no Otakebi" is surprisingly catchy.

Brocken
- Another case of a character based on a stereotype becoming one of my favorite characters. At first I didn't really think I'd like him, being that he's a Nazi and all but I eventually warmed up to him. I think out of all his fights, my favorite was his match with The Ninja. This may or may not be because I also like The Ninja, but I digress. He is, above all else, a good soldier and loyal to the very end. Also, Red Rain of Berlin is a pretty cool technique and it doubles as an awesome theme song.

Warsman
- Well, okay, I admit I don't really like Warsman all that much. But I can see why other people like him.

Well, my babbling aside, worfing =/ reason for liking a character. Though I will agree that it is a reason for disliking Yudetamago. However, I've already seen a lot of series where it is done to a worse extent.

Yes, you can. I like them too, besides their worfiness. As I said, don't take my posts seriously.

However, I've already seen a lot of series where it is done to a worse extent.

This is true too, but again, throwing a bone to the characters once in a while would be good. =/

NO, WHERE I'M FROM, EVERYTHING MUST BE TAKEN AS SERIOUS BUSINESS!!!!!

But seriously, I was in a confrontational mood when I wrote that. Y'know, like usual only worse. I really kind of hate myself for writing it, but proud at the same time.

This is true too, but again, throwing a bone to the characters once in a while would be good. =/

Well, according to this arc, if your face is still in tact you have indeed been thrown a bone.

I see that as a dog cookie though. A bone = win. A dog cookie = still fail with serious injury but still alive.

Clearly the Time Chojin arc is the best when it comes to cheering on the underdog and hoping they will win, and it's the worst because obviously they won't win because they are not main characters!

BAH LOGIC HURTS FAIL. D=

You know the best part? They're actually unworfing characters who have been worfed by other characters who are now worfed but will probably be unworfed eventually.

And while being worfed, those three are still badass.

This arc just amuses the heck out of me, im serious. I'm lost....in the good way. Heck, Meat's getting things bounced off his head? How can you not like that? Evil Akuma Spiders, Train Bending Cross Bombers, Kamehame with his perverted constellation, not to mention the number of memes made from this arc alone.

My only complaint is, as Idol said, Mari. And maybe the fact that theres so many things going on that it makes your head spin. Trainwreck? Maybe. But its like it's a really awesome badass train filled with mimes that crashes.

And thats awesome.

I was glad to see some of the usual Worfed guys still get to be badass during this arc. Geronimo destroyed the Fire Disasters' bell, a big blow to their total offensive firepower, Warsman beat a lot of guys left and right only to be screwed over by Mammothman and Douchebag Neptuneman, Jade put up a better fight against the Hells Expansions than Scarface, and Robin and Kid were beat but are still alive.

Yeah, there's a lot of fumbles. But there's other stuff that kind balances it out.

Totally agree. The results aren't all that matters in Shonen Fighting Manga. Sometimes characters like Geronimo and Jade have their best moments in a fight they lose in. Also, watching them kick ass against the main villian makes it just a little bit more believable that the hero can defeat him with fighting spirit and/or friendship alone... in my opinion, at least...

We're the clowns.

Now see, I was thinking Lawrence Fishburne, all Morpheus-like. Either way, very bad-ass and wise.

I have a feeling that piece Chaos found on his person is a small piece of Kamehame's spirit that was left in the Kinniku-great mask. Or something like that.
