The Seaking thing comes from the certain 4chan meme that's simply:

"SEAKING! F*** YEAH!!!!"

And fun fact: being a campaign manager in politics is *exactly* like being a Pokemon trainer. You get your starter politician/Pokemon, raise them to the best of your ability, and travel around locals and duel other managers even through it's your politicians/Pokemon that do all the actual work. Eventually it hits the point you throw away your starter and keep moving up the chain.

I kid you not.

ffff A Nidoking using Thunder isn't going to do much to a Starmie with that lowered special attack stat, in fact Starmie with its high speed will more then likely go first, and with both Surf and Psychic its bye bye Nidoking. However if Nidoking had Megahorn and managed to survive Starmie's first attack, Megahorn would to a whole lot more damage then Thunder. My Pokemon nerdiness, let me show you it.

Before the final blow was struck, i tore open a portal in time and flung him into the future! Where my evil is law! Now the foolish Pokemon Trainer seeks a way to return to the past and undo the future that is Haunter! BWUAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAH!!!

More like a recap for the readers in Japan who only read it in Weekly Playboy instead of buying the collected books. I mean, it has been, what, 4 years now? They did a brief recap in the first series during Kinnikuman vs. Zebra because Nakai-sensei (1 1/2 of Yudetamago) broke his wrist and couldn't draw for 3 months.
