Was looking over this, and thought it may be good to know for the community:

the guy who recently got banned from here received a negative feedback...not sure why, but it happened:

http://feedback.ebay...id=250306051053

Then, he took his other name and bid on that person's lot...just to leave negative feedback for that person (since you can't do it now as the seller under Ebay's new features):

http://feedback.ebay...tab=AllFeedback

this has to be a violation of Ebay's terms...maybe get him banned?

Sorry if I put this in the wrong area...figured muscle was the best category..

Chad...just for you...thought you may like this for multiple reasons:

Well both of them were stupid there. The guy obviously left a negative because of the poster printout, which Alex didn't misrepresent. And Alex should have taken proper eBay methods to have that feedback changed instead of going on a hate trip with the guy. Alex could potentially get banned for that, if the other guy wanted to do so.

Nice observation. I'm not sure if multiple accounts are a violation by itself, but what he did definitely is. But given his sales record, I don't think ebay would take any serious action. Maybe they would ban "balucard" but not arforbes.

I actually had something similar happen to me from arforbes perspective. Someone bid on one of my items with an hour to go. He won, but immediately sent a message saying it was a mistake and he didn't want the item. Pretty sh*tty but I figured, what the hell, and I cancelled it. Prick leaves me negative feedback immediately. Took a few communications with ebay to wake someone up long enough to do something about it, but the feedback did get removed and the guy's account is gone. But, it was a new account with one or two feedback. The other guy here might not have a lot of feedback but the account is from '02. So, not sure what's going to happen, if anything.

I will add this (not now, but I will). I wish I didn't have to add it, but this is good to be aware of.

It's not worth dealing with the devil in my book. My money is on him shilling up that SC auction - I just can't prove it.

That auction went so high because of the "super rare" "factory sealed" in that package. That was a bargain...lol..

Yeah, the guy used Buy It now for Alex's MUSCLE set, then didn't pay. So Alex, using the Balucard account, did the same thing to that guy.

I think the guy actually did pay, then was mad that the poster was a copy and not the original...

Both Alex's feedbacks mention that the guy didn't pay.

I am guessing that the guy is someone who intentionally bid on that MUSCLE lot in order to leave Alex a negative feedback, and that Alex retaliated with the balucard account.

I am pretty sure that this is the case, since Alex only takes Money orders, and it would take a lot longer than 3 days to get the Money Order from the buyer (UnitedCommerce) in North Carolina to Alex in Arizona, and then for Alex to ship the set back.

3 days from auction end to feedback being left. I am pretty sure this was an intentional negative on both parts.

I think that was just his way of covering up the actual negative feedback left by the other guy...saying he didn't pay. The auction actually ended on September 8th...and feedback was left 1 month, 3 days later...

I made the same mistake. Damn. That is seriously messed up. Bad enough to lie when you get the negative feedback, for whatever reason...then you go and do a fake buy just to retaliate? wow

Our glorious Milky Way is a tiny, infinitesimal speck of sand in this vast, incomprehensible universe. And somewhere in that Milky Way is our own solar system, less than one billionth of that speck of sand that is the Milky Way. And then there is our planet Earth, one hundred trillionth of that one billionth of that one speck of sand. And on this planet Earth there is DEV-0, an insignificant blemish with a lifespan too short to measure when placed in infinite time.

And you are here, with them, as so many specks of sand.

Well, this is a sad situation – no matter the specifics.

I thought I should get some screen captures, for posterity's sake. This first grab is arforbes feedback with the negative.
Attached File  Arforbes___1___Negative_Feedback.JPG   115.63K   40 downloads

The second is unitedcommerce's feedback.
Attached File  Arforbes___2___Buyer___Balucard.JPG   113.36K   29 downloads

And lastly is balucard's feedback.
Attached File  Arforbes___3___Balucard.JPG   105.95K   30 downloads

I also wanted to add my thoughts. I'm sure whoever gave the negative to arforbes was in someway related to this board (reader, poster, lurker, etc.). I have to admit, a similar action has crossed my mind before. The only thing that stopped me was Gollum himself. I don't want to interact with him in any way, shape, or form. His behavior leads me to believe he has serious problems and I simply don't want any of his attention, energy, or bad karma directed towards me. I also think it is sad that he went through the process of leaving negative feedback with one of his fake accounts. Accounts that I believe he has used to shill other MUSCLE auctions (no proof, just my gut). Gollum is poison. While I know we have to be aware of his actions to protect our board members, it's a shame that we have to spend anytime at all thinking or posting about him. I hope that Gollum (and everyone for that matter) realizes these are little rubber toys and that hobbies should be fun. I know there will always be predators, trying to make a quick buck, but it would be a better world if everyone made sure they weren't that person.

I think I agreed with you on his other 4-pack auctions. They do look too perfect. I guess no one else thinks it is weird that he has posted EVERY desirable 4-pack over the last few months. <_<

Why do I have this sick feeling that the guy that got banned is going to always plague the muscle community. Seems like he has a dozen manipulative ebay accounts and that we wont be free of his torment till he gets hit by a bus or something.

there's a chance he picked up a case of 4-packs that had multiple satans crosses in them. it's been documented on here that the cases of 4-packs were basically duplicate packs. you'd end up with several packs that contain the same figures.

he who shall not be named contacted me trying to sell a BHS (maybe the one i sold him???) and a spinning head dude for $385. Finally got him to admit that the alias name he was using when he bought the BHS was really him. not sure why he would feel the need to purchase from me under an alias.
