Soon to be released will be a LPG line of toys that's right "LittlePlasticGuys" as I am bootlegging a couple Deniers a MIMP anotherIforgot plastic toy & a kitbashed alien gumball toy & replacing their heads with a sculpted on M.U.S.C.L.E. announcer toy that vaguely resembles Mr. Lobo of Cinema Insomnia. These will be packaged in baggies with a folded card top.

Will have sneak peak pictures up soon ‡ you guys will most likely be getting first crack @ these coming soon. I have to have some of these ready for a small toy show coming up on the 24th of April so hopefully you guys will be seeing them before then!

Price is also still to be determined as I need to see what Mr. Lobo needs for use of images & copyright/trademark info type legal gobledegoop type stuff & what not so stay tuned for advanced access & LRG exclusive offers. Don't forget to actually pick up some real Mr. Lobo DVDs from his site if you're at all into old sci-fi or horror films with some great schtick from a fun host.

I'm Curious now they will be like "vintage" hard plastic or kinda rubber?

I wish rubber.... but yeah they will be solid resin castings.

Seeing as how factory error type stuff fetches a premium I have gone out of my way to ensure most of these will have factory errors! I'm watching out for you.... The colors are hand mixed per batch soooooo yeah they vary but are somewhere in the realm of "Flesh"

I will have better pics when I get a chance to set up & shoot the stack of stuff that needs to be shot.

Here's the mock up packaging that has been dumped as soon as Mr. Lobo mentioned wanting a crack @ the package design in the future. I figure he does a lot of the packaging & promo stuff for his cinema insomnia gig it might help these toys fit in even better sooooo.... probably have the packaging together next week.

Also just happened today.... 2 sets of these guys were ordered to be set aside & primered to paint! So it looks as if there is going to be 10 figures painted & packaged. I am anxious to see someone's take on these frankensteined toys!! I was thinking they would look cool painted up but figured I would give it a shot later after things calm down around here a bit...

Promise I'll have some decent shots of these guys up soon. Also they will be available here by the 24th if not before. We will be premiering these little guys at an obscure toy/art/whatever type show in Davis so they will be ready by then. You guys should get first crack at 'em as soon as the package design comes through & we start getting these guys ready to go.

Out of curiosity, did the Ghost sculpt come from all those MIMP figures I sent you?

Nah I painted that one & it's been gone for a bit. I just picked that guy up a bit ago in a lot. He's the only one that I had to destroy to make these because I still needed his arms bendy to fit that head. The others were able to be cast from originals before chopping them to pieces.

Hopefully I can get some package design back for these guys so they can be available soon!

Thanks Jon! I'm glad to see these seem to be getting a good response.

I can't stress enough that these guys are being produced quickly & in a true bootleg fashion..... warts and all.

If you guys have never watched any of Mr. Lobo's show.... we need to get some out to you soon! If you are in any way a fan of old sci-fi/horror movies... specifically the low budget poorly done campy stuff then you would love this stuff!

This is why I thought it would be appropriate to make some great bootleg toys to represent his show. On his DVD's he puts his face somewhere in the artwork for the cover. That's why I thought heck... let's just put a custom Mr. Lobo head on the bodies of some toys that look like they might fit into some of the public domain films his show deals with.

Looks like in addition to this initial "Flesh" release there will be at least 1 painted set available.... I will most likely be painting at least 1 set to be available.

For now just waiting to see when I'll get the package design back so I can have these available!

Well... for an obscure toy show up against fund raisers & other events these guys saw the light of day beyond LRG today. They had a warm reception among Mr. Lobo fans & even non fans... people were asking about Mr. Lobo because of the toys.... I think that is a good sign.

Mr Lobo has asked that there be a "Slime Edition" in clear green like the clear green Imperfecz & there are painted editions due to be released from myself & Dixie These will be released later as Dixie just received her blanks & has about 7 commissioned paintings in front of this project & I have a good handful of commissions myself before anything new.

Pulled the first set of the "Slime Edition" of these guys tonight after a handful of fleshies. These guys will have a lot less defects than the fleshies and come in a nice clear green. Will have some pics up for you guys before toooo long. Can't release 'em till I get new art back from Dixie and Mr. Lobo as they are doing special packaging for these ones.
