I'll never forget the first GI Joe I ever saw. I think it was Rock n Roll. My friend had it. He was in a store with his mom. He showed it to me, and I was smitten.
He said, look the helmet comes off. He threw it on the floor and smacked it with a yellow wiffle ball bat until the helmet came off.
