Correct, there is/was a toy convention out here once a year and often the organisation created some sort of give away or prize items that could be won during these kind of events. They have also created some kind of a BB two pack during one of the years if I am correct. For this 2012 year they have created a couple of these Sunburst promotion packages, I have one with a Bullorn (Bulldog) in it and as far as I know all the rubs, sunburst symbol, applied to these were fakes. Do not expect there to be a ton out of these since these are all home made packages but it is strange to see most of them show up in the US. Not sure if Footloose created those himself but I am sure he is able to tell you more about them.
