I've never seen the Musky Ox with brown horns before.  Since it's coming out of Spain, I'm wondering if it is Bestias De Combate.  Does anybody have series 3 BDC to compare it to?

Another question about BDC, were the yellow-eyed carp exclusive to the Spanish production?

The Musky Ox is just a normal Beast with discoloration issues or it has had a less covering paint job in the factory.

There are NO Series 3 BDC in existence, the BDC line only covers the first series of Battle Beasts (#1-28).

ALL BDC were exclusive to Spanish Production BUT not all Beasts coming from Spain are BDC...

There are normal BB found in MOC BDC packages so there´s a connection that´s not completely clear yet and it also makes it harder to find the genuine BDC.

As far as the Carp goes the normal BDC Carp has Pink eyes just like the regular/normal BB version but amongst the BDC some Carps with Yellow eyes have been found and these are considered a ¨variant¨ or at least a rarity.

Have yellow-eyed Carps been found outside of the BDC line?

Not as far as I know, Spain had it´s own factory for the production of the BDC causing various irregularities in regards to the normal Battle Beasts which were all produced in China. The yellow eye color of the BDC Carp is caused by the fact that they used the paint for the detail on the pink armor also for the eyes whereas based on the Takara standard for the normal BB Carp the same paint (pink) of the armor had to be used for the eyes. I think you could say this is a variation that´s comparable to the Squirrel variant where there´s a normal Red vents figure and a variant which has the Yellow vents. Although in this case were talking BDC which are quite a rarity on their own so that´s obviously also the case for the variants amongst them.
