excellent pictures, the muscles have great depth and those poses are really nice. Out of interest, what are they drawn with? (the gold on Ashuraman is awesome!!!)

Thanks for the interest. They are drawn with black acrylic paint and colored in photoshop. For the gold I just colored it brown and did a yellow airbrush over it.

Those are fantastic. Very nice. I particilarly like the first two. I love the Blocken Jr ones and Buffalo man. The Ashura man one is quite impressive as well. Post more.

Anyone here from the old 1998 MPS days? I was member #8. I did the artwork for the newsletters. If anyone here remembers that stuff I've got a bunch of interesting stuff I could post. Are Darren Vindiola, Jason Radnieki, Nathan Newell, Taka Kurosaka, Patrick Gresham or any of the old guard, members of the AKIA?

Many of them are, and that would explain why I recognized your art from somewhere. I could not pin point it, but I remember seeing a similar kinnikuman drawing on the MPS. I think it was one of his buttons. Kick arse dude. OK I dug out my 1998 MPS art and I'm giving them fresh 2005 Kinniku-Color. I hope you like, cause I've got hundreds of them. First up is Kinnikuman Zebra and a repaint.

Actually I drew them while looking at the MUSCLE toys and then searched on line for color reference.
