I just bought the Auron Play Arts figure and was wondering if anyone else has one and successfully switched out his arm? I have heard lots of people broke him trying this, but no suggestions as to how to do the switch safely.

Have you tried hot water or a blow drier to soften the plastic?

Nope I haven't tried anything other than tugging and twisting. I don't know much about how plastic responds to different things, so I didn't want to damage it.

I want to eventually snag a Rikku. I have Vincent, Yuffie and Sephiroth from FF7 as well.
