I have this vintage, probably 70's, rubber jiggler. He is a hero of some sorts. At first glance, he resembles the Ben Cooper super man or batman jiggler from the 70's, but it is clearly not him. he has a snake symbol on his chest in a diamond shape. I have searched the internet deeply and cannot find who this is. Help!!
