Sounds AWESOME!!!  I love the Basket Case throw back... curious who the second guy is inspired by he looks familiar, but I can't place him.

There are no words to properly describe the movie Zardoz so here is the opening of the film.

I know I'll grab 'em all eventually, but... I had to order a Zardoz.

Here are a couple shots of the sculpt. It's a good size for a mini-figure. About an inch and a half tall and a little over an inch all around.

Thanks man!

Hope you get a chance to take some pics of it. I've seen a few shots online but your pictures are always pretty awesome.

Oh, you know it.  I'm not sure if I can represnt the horde of armed Sean Conneries, though.

That's awesome! Reminds me a bit of the mud men masks of New Guinea. Really cool.

Nice find. That trailer made more sense then the entire movie did.

The movie does make sense, once you ignore the imagery.  At least, the story and theme makes sense.  It's just that jOhn Boorman was high as balls the whole time.

I just love how smooth the underside of this figure is!  My laptop is at a slight angle - not enough to knock over a MUSCLE, even - and look at how it just keeps spinning and drifting!  It's like curling, only not.

Oh, I should've paid more attention, saw that weeks back and forgot. I'll shoot him a PM!

I've never seen either movie - of the three figures, I have the biggest connection to the Crypt Keeper - but Zardoz is more my speed and freaky in the kind of way I can appreciate. Basket Case isn't quite my thing, but I couldn't tell you exactly why. It also helps that Zardoz is another badass Zectron sculpt, but if he'd done Belial I'd have likely skipped it anyway. Surprised it hasn't sold even more for being almost like a demented evil Boglin.

Very curious to see what next week brings, and to get my own spinning-top Zardoz head!

It will be interesting to see how things progress. Retroband is pretty horror focused so a lot of his stuff will go in the direction. My stuff really varies and can be kind of random and obscure. So there will be something for everyone hopefully.

Haha awesome! I'm gonna try that with mine tonight.

My first sculpt for the Deadly Delivery line is inspired by the ridiculous cult classic film Zardoz cast in a stone grey color to mimic the film.
