I bought some mixed bags at a thrift store because there were Handful of Heroes figs inside and the figures pictured below were among the other odds and ends included. Any ideas? I'm particularly intrigued by the purple guy in the lower left corner and the skeleton next to him. The blue M.U.S.C.L.E. guy is only included for scale purposes.

Are you sure it is not a mule? It might be a zebra in buckskins.

The purple guy you're interested in could be from M.A.S.K..

The purple guy you're interested in could be from M.A.S.K..
I only say that because he reminds me of the style of the figures. I don't know enough about the line to say anything for sure.
He is M.A.S.K.-like but a bit too small and not articulated enough. Both arms seem to be connected and both legs seem to be connected as moving one moves the other.

I can find a great pic but your purple guy looks like it can be from a matchbox mega rig sets. The Artic adventure one in particular.
And 3rd guy in the second row is from a rescue heroes micro playset.
I'm gonna need to do some digging to find the first 2 guys because they are pretty cool.
